I had emails to inform me of each step and given a time slot when my order would be delivered, (even given the name of the driver!). The delivery was super quick and as I live in deepest Cornwall, well, that's some distance!!! I would most certainly recommend this company. Oh! And the actual item itself was perfect!

Aug 24,2016After 35 emails to e commerce rep I managed to get the bike and the bike is fine considering how poorly packaged it was lucky it was not damaged. No contact since delivery to see if all was OK and I was happy with my bike. Probably would not use again for a bike just not that professional to honest. Phoned them to see what was going on with my order and could not get that much sense.

Aug 23,2016I spent ages trying to source a specific Giant bike and was beginning to lose heart and patience until I made contact with H2gear. They didn't hesitate in sourcing the required bike at a price that no other store could match. They were extremely responsive to any email sent and different guys in the store were able to follow up on any enquiries through being able to check my order on their system. Could not recommend them more highly. I'm even making a 2 hour journey into central London to meet the guys and make use of their personalised fitting service.

Aug 23,2016Online ordering was simple and hassle free, even going through to financing company was seamless. Delivery was timely and as expected. Bike needed some assembly (front wheel and handlebars, plus pedals). Nothing major but I would order online and collect instore next time as I took it in anyway as it needed checked. If you are confident with assembly and disc brakes etc then am sure would be fine. However, I had neither time nor patience to follow instructions! Bike is great, I love it. Would recommend H2gear and Giant Store St Pauls

Aug 19,2016Bike arrived well packaged with most parts adjusted well and tightened. However initially I could not access the 28 on the rear and there was significant chain rub on the front derailliuer in 52x12 & 11. The brakes were also adjusted to differing tensions, the back brake was adjusted almost touching the rims and front brake was set normal.
