The order process was simple and the Giant Anyroad was dispatched speedily with a bonus product too. The goods arrived within a couple of days [weekend order] with plenty of notice from H2gear and the courier. A good experience all round.

Aug 16,2016Ordered the item online and then spent two days getting the finance sorted (which was then approved) to then receive an email the day after stating that the item wasn't in stock after all! If it's out of stock, then save people wasting their time by stating so on the website.

Sadly the shipping company managed to bend my derailleur hanger and I had problems shifting correctly. Time for some mechanical work !

Aug 09,2016I am very pleased with the bike, the price of it, and the delivery. However it was not seemingly put together well before it was dismantled for shipping. The wheel was tricky to put on due to the brake cable not being seated properly, none of the bolts were torqued to the correct level, and the gears weren't setup right. So overall pleased with the bike, but disappointed with the bike setup. Had I been a novice and/or not had the correct tools, I'd have been really struggling.

Aug 18,2016Purchased a Giant bike on line at what I would consider to be a very good price. Goods arrived to my home in Northern Ireland within two days.Two small bolts missing, so rang h2 gear.
