Went the extra kilometre! Having many Hansgrohe matching taps fitted to our basins etc, I decided to replace the ceramic cartridge in a tap that was dripping, (rather than simply replace it with a tap which wouldn't match the rest). I contacted Hansgrohe sending the obsolete model number and photos, asking for the part number. I purchased the cartridge. It was a much smaller than the original so I sent phoitos with another query. I was told that it would still fit as the input holes would still align. Unfortunately the crown nut was captive on the original cartridge and couldn't be removed. (This holds down the cartridge within the tap body). Again, I sent photos and explained the problem. Hansgrohe found a spare part in Germany which they kindly sent Gratis. A big thanks especially to Sophie Merrell in Customer Services who stuck with me through several weeks of query emails to provide me with a successful result. Thank you.

How many praises can you give one person, let me tell you. I was helped by Denese Cloughley at Hansgrohe, I am going through a stressful build and had to call Hansgrohe to resolve an issue with a shower valve. I got through to Denese, she was polite, courteous, and seemed genuinely interested in my plight and delt with my issue with the superior knowledge that she has on the Hansgrohe products. Seldomly, do you expect, let alone receive, this level of service from a company and their customer service advisors. Wow what a difference, I was put at ease and walked through my issue, and Denese identified what I need to get back up and running within no time at all. She diagnosed, identified and shipped the parts that I needed for my shower within 24hrs. Even though I paid more for the product than other brands it was worth every penny for the outstanding, world-class leading service I received from Denese. I will now have no hesitation in buying a quality product from Hansgrohe in the future and recommending them to ALL my friends and family. Amazing aftercare support. Amazing Denese Cloughley!!!!!

I received excellent customer service from Denese when I called with an issue under warranty. She was friendly and methodical and reassuringly guided me through a fact-finding process to identify what I would need to replace. The parts were delivered promptly and I was able to restore the product back to functionality from her instruction. Wonderful customer service - thanks Denese.

Denese in Customer Services was terrific. We had a leaky handheld shower-head and she helped me identify which one to replace it with and had it sent out immediately under warranty. Really excellent service.

I contacted you about a defective shower head and spoke to a very helpful customer service person called Sophie who confirmed the warranty and ordered a new part for me.

Well phoned hansgrohe to buy part for my faulty shower mixer valve strange because they picked up the phone with out a wait .spoke with sophie who told me my shower was covered under warranty and they sent out part which i received with in 24 hours . This kind of service is amazing .never come across this before 10 out of 10 . Still cannot get over the service from this company think others should take advice from these on how to treat people .many thanks

Bought the Hansgrohe Finoris tap which is about £250 as wanted the shower spray which my existing Blanco pull out tap didn’t have. Nevertheless the pressure came our terrible - water was trickling and took a very long time to get warm. Contacted customer service for help and they asked to send timings to fill up a 1 litre jug - from there they said they will ask an engineer for advice and will revert accordingly. However they never responded!

I communicated with Bonnie whom I had done so before approx one year ago. I received a replacement for the problems I was having with my shower and this was done very efficiently. I can now enjoy a shower again!! Many thanks

I purchased a Hansgrohe rain-shower from Amazon.de just over two years ago, and this has recently developed a fault (constant dripping when not in use). Amazon refused to assist with the problem since the purchase had exceed their two year warranty period by a few days. I was referred to Hansgrohe UK by Amazon and was immediately contacted by Sophie from customer care. She knew exactly what was causing the dripping problem and offered to send me the replacement parts. Sophie was extremely helpful with the delivery issues and I cannot thank her enough for her patience !

We always tend to purchase Grohe and Hansgrohe products for our bathrooms and find the quality and build of the products excellent. We did have an issue recently with a shower head pole but Hansgrohe sorted this immediately and with very little effort.

My Hansgrohe shower silver flexible pipe started to leak and become detached. I contacted Hansgrohe Customer Service department for help where my requested was handle by Emma Townsend. Emma was so polite and helpful; a real credit to the business. My problems with the faulty product were handle quickly and professionally. If I could give Emma 11 out of 10 I would!

Expensive top of range Rainfinity Shower Head bought and the mechanism to tilt it upwards has failed. This means where installed at end of bath with the upward slope we are standing right on this to get water on us. Customer service has not responded and is now in the mode of having them on speed dial to chase this part and get a resolution. Looking at these reviews I think I'm in for a long haul :( Avoid Avoid Avoid... B

HANSGROHE ARE TOTALLY WORTHLESS. HAVE REPLACED THEIR RAINDANCE SHOWERS THREE TIMES. ALL THREE TIMES THEY HAVE GONE BROKEN. THEY ARE ELEGANT BUT DON'T LAST! I DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS!

When I was having difficulty returning a part to Benjamin Plumbing Supply in Tucson, Hansgrohe stepped up and sent me a brand new part in a sealed box, no questions asked other than proof of purchase. I can't tell you how pleased I am that Hansgrohe customer service turned a bad, local experience into a good one with their quick response to my problem.

I'm buying a new mono kitchen tap and interesed in 2 Hansgrohe, in their technical drawings several diamensions were missing. I phoned their UK office and the agent emailed Germany and myself twice in 24hrs to get me the correct information. Consequently I give the London agent I dealt with 5 stars, but the German tecnical drawing office 3 stars, the diamensions should have been on the drawing before the tap was marketed, (also not drawn to scale).
