We purchased several products (from a bathroom showroom in Milton Keynes) for our recent complete bathroom makeover and upgrade. We especially love the Hansgrohe Crometta S Showerpipe 240 1jet with Thermostatic Bath Mixer. The quality and modern design of this product is first class… a view also expressed by our plumber who installed the product. We purchased a number of other products for our vanity unit basin. Overall… excellent products and well worth the investment.

The plastic connection on my shower head broke, so I emailed asking for a replacement to save buying a new shower head. They were very helpful finding the exact part I needed and sent a link for me to purchase it. Excellent customer service.
I am renovating my shower room and I have a Hansgrohe shaving mirror which I love, but unfortunately, I needed a replacement part (mounting kit). I contacted Hansgrohe and spoke to Millie Bramwell who was brilliant - she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Millie organised a full replacement mirror for me for no extra cost. I bought a Hansgrohe kitchen tap for £400, expecting it to be a high-quality product. However, I was very disappointed with its performance and the customer service I received from the company. The tap had a very slow flow rate, much slower than the tap I had before and all the other taps in the house. It was not fit for purpose and made washing dishes and filling pots very frustrating. I contacted Hansgrohe several times, asking them to send an engineer to check the tap and fix the problem. They refused to do so and only sent me a diagram claiming that the tap was working fine. Three independent plumbers told me it’s a problem with the tap. I even brought Thames Water over (a 4th plumber you could say) who checked and said it’s got nothing to do with the water supply to the house but both Thames Water engineers who came also said that the kitchen tap flow is not good and recommended I bring a plumber in to check as they can only assess things from outside. As a last resort, I had the tap replaced with a different one myself and the new tap flow rate is much better, 60% better. All with the exact same plumbing. I took a video before and after the change as proof that the Hansgrohe tap is faulty. It is VERY clear that there is a BIG difference even just visually. I struggled a lot with the old faulty tap. It was not fit for purpose. I reached out to Hansgrohe and explained that I now have these videos and that it’s clear the issue is with the tap. Their response: you’ve taken the tap off now so we can’t send an engineer. This is despite pleading to them for an engineer to come out while the tap was still installed. Do not purchase Hansgrohe products - they will not help you when things go wrong.

I needed to know whether I could get a part that I had broken on my Hansgrohe shower. It seemed like a long shot because it was installed in 2007. Any way, it was the shower head holder which I had broken. Sophie very quickly found me details such as part numbers. I was really surprised. I thought it was a great service. We bought a Hansgrohe bathroom tap from an online shop. Due to several delays with our bathroom refurbishment, we never actually took it out of the box until a few months later, only to find that the paint had a slight defect on the handle. The online shop wouldn’t honour the warranty as we were past the 14 days and it’d been installed, but they gave me the contact details for Hansgrohe customer services. Abigail at Hansgrohe was extremely helpful and organised to have a replacement handle sent out to us, completely free of charge. Excellent customer service! I guess you get what you pay for!
Really appreciate customer service of Hansgrohe. Needed a replacement part for my raindance shower head which they promptly ordered. However, extraordinary poor service from TNT meant that they could not deliver even after contacting them regularly. On getting back to Handgrohe with the issue they immediately ordered and dispatched complete new shower head which got delivered next day. Thank you Handgrohe (Sophie) for understanding the issue and acting promptly.
We have many HG products , time and again over many years , we’re big fans , quality and design etc etc . Recent issue with a shower malfunctioning, contacted Customer Services , Abigail could not have been better , kept me fully informed , involved Tech Services and had to source parts from Germany . I wanted some information regarding my recent shower installation and my email enquiry was answered very quickly and comprehensively and they provided me with loads of helpful information.
Great quality product and very good aftersales service. They provide spare parts and most of the time these are available in stock. Emma from customer service was very prompt with my enquiry and managed to identify the tap from 20 years ago to help our client.

I phoned Customer Services and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable agent who identified the parts required by a very flimsy description of the shower knobs. I was assisted finding the parts online and through the ordering process. The parts were dispatched the same day but unfortunately it was too late for a Friday delivery. The parts arrived very early Monday morning and the diagrams on the website were very helpful when it came time to fit them.
