Sophie at Hansgrohe Customer Service does an amazing job! She put in her 100% energy to help us out with our query. A bath mix, supplied to us by other party, was damaged due to total carelessness. Hansgrohe came to a rescue which made us gain so much trust in this brand, who take their quality standards seriously. Their response speed was also outstanding, for the issue which was raised to the other party back in February; got resolved by Hansgrohe to the full satisfaction within a week. A lot to learn from Hansgrohe by other customer service providers.
When I had a leaking shower/unit, the kind customer service rep talked me through what the problem could be. When their first suggestion didn't seem likely to work, they immediately offered to send a complete set of replacement parts - probably being more generous than they needed to have been. Hats off to Sophie!
Bathrooms fitted with top of the range axor products but despite control panel faulty they don’t want to know and issue still outstanding after 10 months. Constant empty promises but no resolution
Waste of money. Deceptive marketing. Extremely poor customer service. I bought a kitchen tap Metris M71 after research of Hansgrohe technology from Victorian Plumbing. Thought everything was fine until my plumber and I tested it. It didn't carry out the function I wanted it to. I got in touch with VP who wouldn't exchange it because it had been plumbed in. Hansgrohe wanted nothing to do with it either. They said the tap I should have bought was a Metris M71 Select. Very confusing to somebody who isn't a technical expert at Hansgrohe. It was confusing to the chap at their very own customer service desk. Instead of being helpful finding solutions they washed their hands of the matter and said it was my fault. This is completely different experience to when I have dealt with Grohe or Drench who went out of their way to help. I even offered to pay extra for an exchange for the right tap but they wanted to know nothing of it. Now stuck with an overpriced tap with poor functions because the Hansgrohe marketing and website is unclear unless you're a Hansgrohe tap expert. Based on this experience, I will never ever buy or recommend a Hansgrohe product again. Better off with Grohe or Vado better price tag and just as good technology.
Customer Service agent Lauren was very helpful rectifying a stiff tap. The part arrived quickly and the tap is now a pleasure to use.
I was very impressed with Danny, a Hansgrohe engineer, who quickly and efficiently identified the problem with a loose bathroom tap lever issue. He was polite and courteous throughout, and even helped identify and unrelated issue with a Hansgrohe showerhead.
I can't thank Sophie Merrell at Hansgrohe Customer Service enough for all her help. She went above and beyond in identifying why my shower button was now faulty. She even sent me the spare part and a link to a video on how to fix the issue. It is rare to get such customer service these days. Thank you Sophie!

Excellent company with top quality products and empowered staff. The company really does stand apart from it's competitors (and most other companies these days come-to-that) Lauren S. (Retail customer services) recently assisted me with two different issues regarding two of my HG products. She took immediate ownership of both of my queries and managed them efficiently to the point of resolution. Lauren is a fantastic ambassador for the brand. Her level of service dealing with my issues has increased my loyalty as an HG customer and has certainly encouraged me to become an advocator of the HG brand.

Our shower head broke after a couple of years and HansGrohe replaced it very quickly at no cost . Very happy with the response and customer service.
I had a problem with a 20 year+ shower. Couldn't find a plumber who was interested but did find a few that weren't. Spoke with Emma in Customer Services in Esher. She listened to my problem, found a solution, managed the situation, sourced the parts and got a man to carry out the repair. The cost was very reasonable and much less than the cost of re-building and re-tiling my en-Suite bathroom. Extremely pleased and satisfied with the way I was treated and the job was handled. Well done to Hansgrohe and Emma.
Bonnie was brilliant and sorted the plug problem straight away. Replacement in post already. Glad we bought Hansgrohe in the first place-who else.
