Very happy with the service received. Product was still in warranty and the help desk were very responsive to my enquiries and there were no quibbles.

I was very impressed! The advice I received regarding the use and fitting of a the Hansgrohe cartridge I had purchased was professional, speedy and patient given my lack of knowledge. Harriet in the customer technician team was excellent. Two responses in short time allowed me to solve a problem that I'd had for months. I had previously sent 7 emails to other companies, most of whom did not even reply. Next time I will go straight to Hansgrohe who should be proud of their customer support.
I was looking to check that I was buying the right thermostat for my shower and had fantastic help from the Hansgrohe team to make sure I bought the right one.
Buy quality don't cheap out you get the service and warranty not quibble pay for what you get and with hansgrohe you get top products and top service including warranty replacement items.
A very helpful and timely response to a problem I had with my shower control valve and sent me a replacement valve which I receive within 3 days a making initial contact.

Absolutely outstanding after-sales service like this is so rare these days, I just have to go on here (and believe me, I hardly ever write reviews) to congratulate Emma and her colleagues for such a fast, professional, courteous and positive response to my problem: a kitchen tap which, after four and a half years (still within its warranty), decided to stop working. I realise Hansgrohe products are not cheap, but they of exceptional quality and with service like this, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. That's what it's all about isn't it?

I had an issue with our bath tap. I contacted customer services and they were brilliant. They confirmed the product number and then suggested a video call to diagnose what needed fixing. It's unusual to experience such excellent service these days so a huge thank you to Arran Ranchhod for his help on the call and to the whole customer services team.

My Hansgrohe shower heads were dripping after switching the shower off. I contacted Hansgrobe customer service and after sending them some photos of the dripping shower heads and a copy of purchase as required, a replacement shut off unit with selector was sent to me under warranty. The customer service I received was first class. Well done Hansgrohe
We have a Hans Grohe tap that has failed and despite countless calls and emails to customer service, we can't get a replacement under warranty - we can't even get them to acknowledge the issue and begin the process of sending a replacement. We've spoken with 3 client service staff who have all said that they would sort it out, but none have done so - and we have to start the process again each time. We've been without a kitchen tap for more than a week now and will be getting a temporary tap installed. Hopefully HG will take notice of the message here, because they are useless at responding on any other channels
Really impressed with the customer service. Had a shower installed back in 2020. Recently the outer sheath of the shower hose started to come off. So looked at replacing before it got worse. The replacement part had a warranty or 5 years. I rang their customer service. I was asked to provide the photos of the fault with a copy of the invoice. Which I did. They promptly sent me the spare part. Unlike other companies their warranty is worth it.

Jan 31,2024I love HansGrohe, I really do. They went above and beyond years ago to help out with an install problem. Their kit is rock solid. However their colour matching is pretty poor when it comes to what should be easy peasy. Matt black. Ordered a DuoTurn Q shower mixer. Lovely shade of guess what? Matt black. To match up ordered some other stuff like FixFit S Porter in (surprise) matt black. It's f--k all like the other. So I even sent two side by side pictures to support who said they're both black. One was black, one was grey :-/. The response was an adamant "can't see a difference". I even questioned if these guys have colour monitors. Some quality control required I believe. Technically awesome without question. Aesthetically matching? Definitely not. Time for V&B I'm afraid, which is a shame since I love(d) HG.
