Jan 11,2023Bought Sanitago rising fire-it table and chairs from Harbour lifestyle. Excellent quality and the table can be at low or high point with fire-pit use. Initially had problems with the starting of fire-it. Harbour lifestyle were very quick to respond and help. My builders had forgotten to insert battery and connect cable. Will definitely buy from them again

Easy navigation on web for ordering - and keen pricing with quality products. Arrived promptly and in good condition! Recommended!

Dec 21,2022Extremely impressed with the quality of this furniture. Love the fact that it can be configured either left or right handed, which allows for maximum flexibility, and that the fire pit height is adjustable. The thick cushions are very comfortable. Items were delivered on time with advance notice given by the couriers. Ordered fairly late in the year so now looking forward to next summer to fully appreciate. I did have a couple of minor issues; one bench cover had a small split in one of the seams and Luxor Solar Lantern wasn't with the initial delivery. No worries though as Georgina in Customer Services was outstanding in sorting both problems out, keeping me well informed every step of the way. I can honestly say I have never experienced service as good as that provided by Georgina in dealing with everything. If you're thinking of buying from Harbour Lifestyle then don't hesitate. They provided me with a quality product and a quality service.

Dec 21,2022Unfortunately the first table delivered had a fault. Georgina at Harbour was excellent in sorting out a replacement, which we had to wait for as it was out of stock. We had some issues with the delivery company but Georgina dealt with these and kept us informed at all times. She is a credit to the company

Dec 09,2022The installation was very good and the installers were helpful. There was a delay in the product reaching the UK because of dockers strikes but we were not told about this in advance and had to enquire about the delay ( that is poor customer relations). It is a shame the installer service does not include bolting the product to the patio as you really need a serious heavy duty drill and drill bits which the average householder will not have and I would happily have paid another £35 or so for such a service.

Nov 30,2022We waited a long time for our Santiago dining set, but it was worth the wait in the end. Very well made, deep, comfy cushions. Comes fully assembled apart from putting the top on the table which has easy to follow instructions. All cushions are washable. Light enough to move around with 2 people if necessary. The customer service team is superb, Georgina was so helpful when we enquired where our goods were and updated us daily as to when we could expect delivery 10/10. The delivery team give a 2 hr window which is great.
