Jan 24,2025The product, installation and after-sales services of our 4x4m pergola with drop-sides has been an entirely positive and first-rate experience. Although initially out of stock our heater has been delivered and fitted promptly as promised despite our significant distance from Newmarket. Communication has been incredibly efficient especially with Jordan regarding our wind damaged drop-side. Many thanks.

Your fitters were incompetent and couldn't sort out the problems with my lights,this went on for weeks.I eventually had to sort the problems myself at an expense to me.I was never offered any kind of compensation for my issues, all I got was sorry.Well sorry I'm afraid is not good enough. I would never use you again and advise other people to do the same.Very disappointing experience.

Jan 21,2025Service was outstanding they could not do enough for you, kept you inform about your delivery and even contact you after to see if everything was of satisfactory. Took the guy half a day if that to put up but they were very nice and made sure everything was to your liking. Could not recommend the company enough definitely will use again 👍 🙂

Jan 07,2025PergoSTET 3m x 4m Pergola I originally ordered a PergoSTET 3m x 4m Pergola (with 3 drop sides & LED Lighting) in May 2022. This was delivered in exceptionally well protected wrapping with no scratches at all. The construction was straight forward although additional hands were required due to the size and weight of some of the components. The final product is very sturdy and has happily weathered some pretty strong storms! I have subsequently ordered a PergoSTET Wifi & Bluetooth Heater which slots nicely into the drainage gutters and works well. Over two years later, the Pergola has transformed our outdoor living being perfect for either summer lunches (and being protected from the sun) or for outdoor winter evening drinks (with the sides down and the heater on). The only issue that I have had is that recently, the RGB lighting transformer has broken. I contacted Harbour Lifestyle and they have been great and helped source a replacement unit. I would happily recommend this product.

Jan 03,2025Amazing service on replacement glass table top. Our table (part of a set) blew over in the storm and smashed the glass top. I emailed to see if it could be replaced and Harbour acted super fast, kept me updated all the way through regarding delivery date and I had a new glass top within 2 weeks during the Xmas period. Top draw service,

Jan 28,2025I have purchased a wardrobe and chest of drawers from Harbour Lifestyle and have been so pleased with them both along with the customer service. One of the items had some chipped paint and the team couldn't have been more helpful in resolving the issue. Really pleased with them and would recommend!
