Dec 28,2024I had a great cupboard delivered which was damaged when I received it. A replacement was not in stock so Lauren at Harbour said to use the cupboard as we intended and when a replacement is ready it will be delivered. Furthermore we were offered a gift for the disruption caused to us. Harbour has amazing customer service and I continue to use them and tell others also. Lauren who liaised with us was great.

Dec 22,2024Ordered pergola in August, erected by your company. To date have had fitters back to solve issues on 4 occasions (some of which they arranged then cancelled on the day after us having to take annual leave so they could come). Put full complaint in writing, response said would get £200 refund. Refund then advised would be with us in 7 days of £150. Went to use drop side again yesterday and yet again 2 of the blinds have come straight out of their runners. Am now at a point where will be reporting to trading standards. Absolutely disgusted!

Unfortunately the remote for the LED strip broke last week, but they were incredibly quick at sorting it for me and sent a new one by first class post. Super helpful and kind team, will recommend!

There was an issue with one of the Louvre’s which was faulty but I contacted Harbour Lifestyle, who were very quick to send a replacement. Customer service has been outstanding. Thank you Harbour Lifestyle really pleased with everything.
