I placed my order 3 weeks ago with the alleged delivery deadline, which has now passed 2 weeks ago. I have still not received my goods, but I have already received 3 emails asking me to share my experience with you.

I ordered a rab gillet for my husband, my mistake I ordered the wrong colour. Contacted customer service's on the contact form supplied on the web site as there’s a particular part that says amend wrong order. My parcel is now out for delivery and should arrive tomorrow but I have had no contact from customer services despite reviews saying they get back to you in a timely manner. Also some reviews of customers who have had issues have been asked to contact customer services but how can you resolve an issue if they don’t get back to you. I’ll have to return the gillet but unsure if this will be an easy process. The only good side is the parcel will arrive 4 days after ordering.

I keep using Hardloop because I always find my favourite outdoor sports clothing in their stock in a good price. I never had a problem yet but the whole experience is good. Details like navigating the website, the pay and the delivery are easy to manage. The tracking of the package, location and the notifications are excellent. Overall is a good online shopping that I do recommend.

The website for Hardloop was based in the UK. However, the package was delivered from France and took longer than expected. Also, the product advertised advised to take a size smaller so I chose a medium. This item was was then too small so I need to send the item back. The item for size large is now out of stock. Disappointed.

I bought a RAB jacket and it arrived very quickly and was well priced. The only frustration I had was that the storage bag for the coat which should have been in the zipper pocket wasn’t and I do not have it.
