I initially messaged that "Item was not delivered." Then found the item later that day. Embarrassing. Item is perfect. Hardloop responses were perfect.

Had a great experience ordering from the UK (I think Hardloop operate from France) the price of Oakley Line Miners were about 20% less than I could find in the UK which included import taxes and VAT - delivery took about a week (95% of this time was in customs) so keep this in mind. Highly recommended.

An awful experience. I bought a pair of trainers on the 1st Feb. I was charged twice for them. I have had no update on shipping confirmation. I have tried calling, emailing and messaging on instagram but have had no response. I have no idea how to go about getting my money back for the fact that they charged me twice. Really awful customer service.

Product advertised with Capacity of 38L however on receipt discovered only 35L per the supplier's labelling. A difference of over 8.5% ( a lot of "T Shirts") Could not return as needed the bag for trip today(at Airport) Trading Standards may be interested if I decide to raise this matter with them on my return!

Product range and price. My only concern is around a return. I purchased the wrong colour by accident. I have struggled to get a reply on how to return the product. Due to no customer service response, I have had to purchase the item again in the correct colour leaving me with a product I wish to return. It’s a common issue I think. Once the money has been received and goods shipped there seems to be a lack of understanding around the economics of a life long loyal customer! Getting them is one thing, keeping them is a whole different science and in my opinion “the point of differentiation”. DP

Very poor experience. Ordered a ski jacket at the start of January with a delivery date in mid-January. Notified delivery was delayed 3-4 days due to a supplier issue, but haven't heard anything since and it's over a week past the updated delivery date. Chased up via their contact form, but it's been 3 days so far and no response. Clearly selling products they don't physcially have in stock and terrible service/communication. Submitting this review in a last attempt to get them to respond!

I am completely disappointed with my experience with Hardloop. I am waiting for a backpack, I ordered it on January 15th. The estimated delivery time was January 24th. I will wait another 1 week then submit a return request. **Thank you, I received my backpack on February 6th. I was afraid that I would not receive it at all. Now I am happy with my new purchase.

Ordered a ski helmet on jan 6 A week later delivery was 20-21 January No problem as was skiing on the 26 jan It is the 27 Jan and its due to arrive tomorrow I am skiing without the helmet Very disappointed and won’t buy from them again Don’t advertise items as in stock when they aren’t So people know

I am writing this review as I have tried to make contact via their website with no response, maybe this will trigger one? Ordered a helmet on 19/1, had an order confirmation email with estimated delivery date 28-29/1 which is in two days time. So far I had no dispatch email, tracking on their website also shows no dispatch. I contacted them via their website form on 22/1 or 23/1 - no reply. First time customer - terrible experience. I’ll wait till Wednesday and will open a dispute with PayPal if I haven’t had my goods. Hardloop, if you’re in the business of selling skiwear you need to deliver it in a timely fashion during ski season and keep your customers updated! UPDATE: I cancelled my order via their website just after writing the above review and they replied with a confirmation and refund via PayPal. It confirms that my order wouldn’t have arrived on time as cancellation is only possible before dispatch. On the upside, at least the change of order seems to be fuss-free.

Their pricing seems good value but they fail to make it very obvious that to get your order to be delivered you have to pay tax. For me it added over£40 to the cost. They should make this fact explicit. I would have bought from a different supplier if I had known.

At point of sale, VAT was clearly shown as being included in the price of my item. I'd already asked for reassurance on this but no reply from Hardloop. I've now received an import duty bill from DPD including VAT - the VAT alone adding £112 to the price of the item. In terms of communication and misleading checkout info, I'd seriously avoid this company if you're ordering from the UK. The item will, of course, be returned. Doubtless my next battle will be to get my refund. Shocking. I also have a picture of my basket which I can't seem to upload, there being no option available...it clearly states VAT included in price! I've reached out to you. You don't ANSWER!! I'm using this forum because you DO NOT answer emails and because its just possible that public shaming prompts contact, even action. At checkout, my price was shown inclusive of VAT. When my parcel entered the UK I was told by my carrier that VAT (£111) was due. Either your checkout info is incorrect / confusing or there has been some sort of mistake made. Other UK customers have had the same problem, so you clearly have not bothered to address it. I will continue to use this public forum until I get a private answer from you. Update: I've just received notification of a VAT refund from Hardloop: important to declare that (pending arrival of my payment) the company has resolved this issue and that I'm satisfied. A bit of faith restored. Thank you, Hardloop.
