This has been an awful shopping experience. Initially fine but then DPD kept contacting me to say I needed to pay import charges. This was the 1st I'd heard of this as there was no mention of this during the booking process. As I'd not know about this I didn't know if the charges were genuine. I contacted your company twice to check and it took several days before you replied. It took so long to reply, that I nearly missed the deadline before the shoes would have been sent back automatically. As it happens I eventually found some info via your contact page about import charges and looked at the link. I was appalled how much the charges were - over another £100, when we were already spending over £300. I'm still waiting to hear back from you for a conclusion and confirmation of a refund.

Sadly, the wrong item was sent to me which I had to send back. I have therefore asked for a refund in case you no longer have the item I paid for in stock. It was wanted in time as as a birthday gift and it will likely arrive too late.

Hardloop were the only company to have the boot size I wanted available. Easy to use website, competitive price and good notification. Delivery was delayed a little by customs but once in UK was delivered asap. Good tracking and notification throughout the process. Product was exactly as shown and well packaged.

The order arrived quickly. The product was well priced compared to other shops. I went with the size medium Nathan Pinnacle 12L pack. I'm a size 10/34" and when the pack is fully packed with race kit the medium fits very nicely. Previously i tried a size small as the size chart suggested, but it was too small when fully packed with a lot of kit, it only fitted well when almost empty, which isn't how I would run with it in an ultra race. So, size up if you will be filling it with a lot of kit!

Ordered a Gerber strong arm serrated knife. Didn't come the first time and heard nothing from anyone about it, I contacted customer service who said it had been cancelled and sent back which I didn't want and didn't know about. They said they would send me another one which I haven't heard anything about either and hasn't came yet. It is far too expensive of a knife to be messed around this much.

Excellent product, I bought Lowa Desert boots. Amazing service, quick and as it’s my second purchase I definitely can say this guys are reliable. Good communication about parcel delivery. All in all I can very much recommend both services and products.
