Refund? Have contacted customer services several times including yesterday and the day before. I have 14 emails from hardloop acknowledging my requests. Still no solution! please deliver the goods today or issue a refund.il wait until you reach out. . Thanks Just received the generic be patient, no information update. This is ridiculous. Day 10 from order still no word , still undelivered according to tracking. HELP
