I was not disappointed - the package arrived within the specified time and the communication was excellent. I am really pleased with the shoes too!

Checked out the FAQ’s page and tried to get advice, only to find the page is written completely in French with no English translation option. Added on the 21st, after receiving the reply below. Thanks for the reply, hardloop. 13 days later. I’m still sat here and haven’t received my item, please forgive me if I don’t believe you. Your customer service is shocking. I would advise anyone reading this review to stay well clear.

Oct 09,2024They send alternative items if the item you order is out of stock. Don’t trust what the website says they stock! They’re not a trustworthy company. Don’t waste your time and money as they’ll just give you 10% of your money back or ask to you return the items and hold onto your money!
