Which made the item more expensive than UK. so I didn't exept the charge and returned the item. Is been 2 weeks and no money in my account , if they dont proces my refund by week 3 , I will probably report to the bank as a fraud. thank you Team Hardloop

Jul 15,2024I feel Hardloop are implying they are a UK company by having a ‘co.uk web address. They are not! The ‘free postage’ is an accurate statement but only when the distribution company contact you, in my case dpd, are you informed of ‘customs and VAT which added close to £40 to my order. I declined the order, requested a refund which I was informed would be in my account within 48-72 hours. That was in the 11th July. It’s now 15th July, no refund as yet!
