Sep 10,2024shopping experience was great. straightforward and fast and you clearly explained the customs stuff for the UK shipment as well which was good and it was easy. Sadly the item didn't fit so I have to go through the returns process which requires printing several documents and faffing about with customs again. Brexit related, so nothing to do with Hardloop, but sadly it makes me more cautious about buying from abroad.

Delivery was quick and I was kept up to date on progress all the way through. The helmet is perfect and a lot more comfortable than the old one. For bike stuff, I would definitely buy from Hardloop again.

Sep 12,2024Re Order#: LHNYWBVLG The problem is that the website images displayed a Black colour for the 'Carbon' as was the description. When I received the boots they were in fact an awful light grey colour, which I could not handle.
