Dec 04,2024Ordered a POC helmet on 20/11/24. Waited 10 days then sent msg enquiring about helmet on 30/10/24. Waited 5 days until 4/11/24 to get reply stating it was out of stock but would be in stock within 8 days. 18/11/24 (2 weeks after the above reply) (4+ weeks after ordering) got refund as it was unavailable. Luckily was able to order one from Snowinn that was cheaper and arrived within 6 days.

Nov 22,2024Insanely poor customer service I placed 2 orders on 22/09/24 - paying close attention to Hardloop's terms & conditions, in order to avoid paying additional customs fees. 1 order went through no problem, and was with me by roughly the estimated delivery date. The 2nd order has just been cancelled and refunded today - 22/11/24 - yes, two full months after the order was placed. Over the course of those two months I have been exchanging emails back and forth with Hardloop's customer service employees, who have done literally nothing to help, instead affirming that they are 'working on it', that I am 'in the right', and other platitudes which don't expedite the delivery of my package. Weeks going by without them responding to emails. Telling me the package will be sent at the start of X week, then two weeks later, that it's 'being prepared for shipment' that evening. Absolute f****** dogshit waste of time and energy.

But as UK resident using a .co.uk web site, I was surprised by a 24% additional payment to get the item through customs to me via DPD. I had not been warned about this and would have looked elsewhere had I known this. (I was surprised to have duty to pay on top of what appeared to be a french VAT inclusive price in Sterling.)

Nov 15,2024I purchased a pair of 100% sunglasses from hardloop website on the 10th November. I received a confirmation email to inform me that I should expect the parcel to arrive on the 13th-14th November. It's now the 15th November and I have not received any shipping updates and no responses to the several emails and calls. They don't answer the phone. They don't respond to emails. Website looks legitimate but I'm now chasing and calling non stop. Don't waste your time.
