Our manager, Gavin Betty is doing an excellent job in what is quite a large and complicated development with several different buildings, all with different types of leases. Not an easy job attending to 301 residential units, but he's doing it extremely well and far, far more effectively than all of our previous managers combined!

It has been good to have a reliable point of contact at HAUS and so far my experience with Kazumi has been very good one and hope we can continue to work on the good working relationship we have for the benefit of the residents we serve.

It may be too early to say, but Haus Block Management so far appear to be well-organized, communicative and transparent. David Fouche registered my tenants so that they will be able to access useful information.
