Dec 21,2023Do not do business with this company. Be very careful if you do. Maybe some of the positive reviews are planted. A common tactic of scammers is to advise you that your package is sitting at a post office somewhere un-deliverable. Another tactic is to have your credit card declined and then shower you with emails asking if you wish to complete your order. Watch for that tactic as well. Either it is Health Central USA that is scamming people or their website has been hacked. If the latter, Health Central USA should put a warning on their website that using it may result in being transferred to an imposter site.

Dec 20,2023I ordered and the product wasn't available but it you still took my money =) However, I was later issued a refund after I reached out so that's the reason for the 5 stars. I don't think I like the idea of a company still taking my money even though they don't have a product available and then not personally reaching out to me. That is not okay with me. You are offering me a service. I don't need extra things to do. I'd rather shop elsewhere. Thanks!

I give Health Central USA 1 star because they accepted my order for a product that was out of stock [without letting me know that was the case] and I heard nothing about the status of my order until I sent an email inquiring about it 10 days after I placed my order.

Dec 12,2023TOTAL SCAM. Ordered 150 in supplements. Got a confirmation of the order and then THAT WAS IT. No delivery on merch, impossible to reach, and when I finally did (via email) they sent me a FAKE CREDIT TO MY CREDIT CARD. Then they proceeded to BLOCK MY EMAIL ADDRESS when I tried to reach them again. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS.

I have tried to contact via phone, there is no such number(s); and email, that doesn’t exist...when I try to use their website for contacts, it takes me to the same page over and over...does anyone know a legitimate number for “Tracy” who is mentioned in many of the reviews?

I've tried to contact their company to receive no response and email had been shut down. Please, the price is right but don't get sucked into their scheme.

Dec 07,2023This company is ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!! I thought I was ordering a product from Rite Aid. Apparently my order was farmed out to this company. A few days later I received a message that my package was at the USPS warehouse because of an "incomplete address". I couldn't address the issue with USPS because I had no tracking number and for some asinine reason, the 4 credit cards I tried weren't supported there. I couldn't speak with a person at the USPS and for some STUPID REASON, I CAN'T SPEAK WITH ANYONE AT THIS USELESS PLACE!!! HEALTHCENTRALUSA SHOULD PICK UP A PHONE AND LEARN HOW TO ADDRESS AN ISSUE!!! THEY'RE WORTHLESS VERMIN!!

Dec 01,2023They never sent my order and stopped answering all my messages. I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank. Update: Thanks for responding 5 months later but I already won the dispute. If you really care follow up on all your unanswered messages of the people you ghosted.

Dec 30,2023Is this company legit? I don’t think it is. Placed and payed for items on the 6th of December, as of this writing never received. Contacted the company via email, no reply. Will dispute my charge. However, when looking up my charge, they charged me twice. Once on the day of the order and a duplicate charge a week later. DO NOT recommend!
