I ordered a product on 11/05 they charged my credit card. I received no confirmation or the product I ordered. Another scam I'm notifying my credit card company.
Had a question about delivery and they responded within a couple of hours. Nice to know you are heard.

I felt the web site was well done and easy to find what I needed. The only drawback was it did not clearly define what is in stock or out of stock. My item was out of stock so I had to reach the company via email for updates and/or refunds which they promptly got back to me so that part was also good.

Although the items I ordered were no longer available, Melody was very quick to respond to my inquery regarding the whereabouts of my order in a kind, friendly professional manner.
I placed an order and WAITED. After 2 weeks, I sent an email. NO answer. I emailed again. NO answer. I texted to the number given for customer service. NO response. I called the customer service number 5 times on different days. Only a BUSY SIGNAL. I emailed 2 more times, NO answer. Finally after a month, I contacted my Visa card for a refund. NEVER AGAIN will I order from Health Central USA!!!!!!
REFUND PLEASE: If I could Rate "0" stars I would. They do not follow-up to inform you the item you purchased is "out of stock". They just leave you wondering. I will NEVER order anything from them again. I placed an order in September, followed up in October - only to find the item was Out of Stock. As of November, I have not received anything - not even a status update.
I reached out on a Sunday morning and Tracy was quick to look into our problem and immediately refunded my husband's money. The product seems to be disconnected and the company it comes from dropped the ball in letting everyone like you know so it can be removed.
Tracy was very helpful with the issues I had with my order. She answered my questions quickly. It was unfortunate those products were not available. Thank you for all your help!

I’m in the middle of road as far as giving a good review. I ordered stuff back on October 4 and check back twice to see where you order was. It was totally on backwards out of stock. I’m not sure how this company does business if they can’t provide what they’re selling. Hopefully I’ll get my stuff within the next few weeks and I’ll bet a better review!

Dec 01,2023This company is scamming people. If you look at all the previous reviews you’ll see that everybody’s order was never sent or was delayed. It sounds like some have gotten a refund and some have not. I ordered mine a month ago, contacted the company, and they said it was out of stock, (many people have received the same response). I’m not sure how a company can be out of stock of every product they sell. I contacted customer service and they said they would give me a refund. However, I haven’t seen it in my account yet, so I tried to contact them again and now the email address says undeliverable.
