should have listened to the other reviews who did not receive their orders. i also not only did not receive my order after waiting a month but was never sent an order sent why because it was never sent and since it was never sent there was not tracking order I will reiterate STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMS proof no number to call customer sevice and when you send an email it comes back as not valid. my credit card had a number to call it went to another company not even remotely related WARNI STAY AWAY never received a routing number why because it was never shipped they have no customer service why because they have no phone number why so you cant call them when you send a message by email it returns as not a valid address waited a month no order STAY AWAY

I have emailed three times for an ETA. No response. If a Company refuses to have a live person, then at a minimum, respond via email. It's almost 3 weeks now and not even an update of any sorts.

I ordered a product in late August. It’s now November and I never received my order, any shipping info, or any communication on my order status. The company advertises 24/7 chat service but this is a lie. The only way to contact them is by email and they don’t respond. I have reached out 3 separate times requesting a refund or some kind of status and have received no response. This place is a scam.

Update: To respond to your question, my order number is 130348. However, if you do not follow up or resolve the situation, then I will report it here. I'll only update this review when I actually hear from you. Original Review: I had an extremely bad experience with Health Central USA. I placed a $300 order for fish oil supplements in September 2023. They advertise 2-5 day delivery for Domestic orders. They did not ship my order for over a month and did not notify me of any delays. This resulted in not having my order when needed, the order arriving well after its due date, disappointment and confusion, and substantial hardship and cost associated with having to ship items to the intended recipients after they had already departed. Health Central USA’s website says that we can expect to receive “Domestic orders within 2-5 business days” and “International orders can take up to 2 weeks”. This was a domestic order. However here’s what happened: - Health Central USA did not ship my order for 5.5 weeks. This was despite the fact that Health Central USA’s website says that customers can expect to receive Domestic orders within 2-5 business days and International orders in 2 weeks. My order was domestic. - I did not get any communication about the delay. - I did not know that my order was delayed, why it was so late, or how long it would be delayed. - After 2.5 weeks with no delivery, I was the one who contacted Health Central USA to ask why my order hadn’t been shipped. - There was no acknowledgment that HCUSA was very, very late to fulfill my order, or of the problems this caused me, for me and other customers. The only thing HCUSA’s rep offered was to cancel my order. I did not want to cancel the order; I wanted the order that I had paid for weeks prior, and for you to try to comply with your advertised timeline. If you can’t comply with the timeline on your website, you are at least expected to notify me if things are not going to be fulfilled for over one month. This does not seem unreasonable. - Then, HCUSA missed the second deadline that its rep gave. She said that the company would fulfill my order in “one or two weeks”. This was on September 28. - I didn’t cancel the order, and once again, Health Central USA didn’t fulfill the order until almost a month later, another two weeks after your corrected date. - Again, there was no outreach to correct information that the HCUSA had given me. - Health Central USA’s website says that customers will “Always know where your order is with alerts and 24/7 status access.” This did not happen. - Ultimately, it took Health Central USA 8x-20x times longer to ship my order than it should have taken. Timelines are important, even if this wasn’t a gift. Even if you can’t meet a stated timeline, 40 days is too far off from 2-5 days. This causes very real problems and high costs for customers.

I ordered 8 24oz bags of Bob's Red Mill Organic 6 Grain Hot Cereal on October 23. After ordering I immediately got email "Order #141244 confirmed". The email stated "Health Central USA␊Thank you for your purchase!␊We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." That was now 17 days ago, and I have yet to receive an email indicating my order has been shipped. But of course my credit card had been deducted. I have emailed them several times asking about my order but have gotten no replies, even though on their 'contact-us' page they explicitly state "We will reply to your email within 1 business day." I have texted them using the procedure indicated on their policies web page (which is extremely long so not surprised most people miss this). No reply. I'm wondering if I should send them a letter of complaint in the mail now. Nov 27, 2023 Just want to say that once I wrote the above review at Trustpilot, and it was published there, the very next day I received an email from Tracy saying she was sorry about what happened and I would be refunded the money that had been deducted from my credit card account! And on the very next day after that email, the refund did actually show up in my account! So I am very happy that via Trustpilot.com, which I hadn't even known about, I was able to get this resolved! I did want to mention that Tracy wrote: "If you check your order confirmation, it looks like you chose the local delivery option." Yes, that is true, I choose "local delivery" which had a cost of $9.98. If I hadn't chosen local delivery, the next least expensive shipping option was "Non-Rush Shipping (14-28 Business Days)" and that was $59.98 for only 12lbs!! I checked on Internet and shipping via USPS and other parcel carriers from their location to mine for that amount of weight is only about $15. So I don't know where that shipping cost is coming from. And why the heck does the webpage allow me to choose "local shipping" if my location was definitely not local?

Melody saved the day. Apparently I requested the wrong shipping option when I placed my order for my favorite hard-to-find salad dressing and it failed to arrive after a month. A couple of emails later Melody sent it rapid dispatch and it was at my door within a few days. Melody was efficient, competent, understanding, and courteous. I could not be more pleased. they claim to have products in stock which they do not. this is another company highly rated by google which is a scam company. they say they take paypal and other options, but at the payment page they announce that they don't anymore, which means paypal downgraded them or they were just lying.

SCAM - RIP-OFF - STOLE MY $$$ Health Central USA dba Digital Supply USA Confirmed my Order then ZERO Contact, ZERO Product, ZERO Delivery. SCAM phone contact refers you to another SCAM internet site with no way to contact.

After many weeks of not receiving my order, I emailed. I received a rapid reply that was very informative explain the details of what had happened. Long story short, she was extremely helpful & facilitated my refund. From the reviews of the company I read, I was not expecting any help, but I was pleasantly surprised with the correspondence, timeliness, & professionalism in which she displayed. An exceptional job!

Melody was instrumental in this review, I was awaiting my order anxiously, as I love the product I ordered and use it daily. I waited 30 days before contacting you because the web page stated "Orders take 14 to 28 days." Melody found out why my order hadn't been delivered and resolved it. My order was even "rapidly dispatched." I'm happy to report my order is on the way!

This company is fraudulent as they make their revenue on unfulfilled orders that they hope customers will not file chargeback claims against. At first you will receive confirmation for your order and that it will ship in 14-28 days. The point of the lead time is so that you ideally forget about your order. If you remember about order months later, you will go to file a Chargeback Claim via a dispute with our credit card provider. HealthCentral has 90 days to respond to the claim. In that time they will tell the credit card company that they reached out to you to reconcile and that your order will ship soon. But, they never actually send you an email (they lie to the Credit Card company). Since you don't respond to the email they never sent, they then tell the Credit Card company that you didn't respond to the claim and they will win the dispute. This is where most people drop off but you must be vigilant. Legally you still have recourse. Call your credit card provider to escalate. They will send you a letter confirming your intent - you must sign and return this letter. From there you will get the provisional credit again and they case is back open and you will get it resolved if you just stick to the facts. Enough chargebacks will impact these scum of the earth people running Health Central USA.

Great customer service when I reached out. However, I had accidentally indicated local delivery rather than out of state shipping. I got an order confirmation email, but then my order was never shipped and no one reached out to let me know for over a month. I only learned of the issue when I contacted customer service.

Horrible experience with this company. I placed an order in August it is now technically November and they have yet to ship my order out because they are “out of stock” even though they are still advertising it on their website and you’re still able to purchase except you will have to wait an extremely long time. Now their NEW restock date for my order is November 22, 2023. When I originally placed my order August 21st 2023. That would mean I would have waited 3 months (or more if they change the restock date AGAIN) for my order. That’s crazy. Every time I email to get an update I am told a different restock date. So disappointing. I would not recommend.

I have not received anything but a confirmation! Nothing has been sent and no tracking has been sent! Is this place a scam? I can’t reach anyone thru email to get information On my Order #139904. After weeks of trying to contact them, they did sent me a refund for my order.
