Melody answered my concerns each time I sent an emails, explained the reasons and told me when I should be able to receive my order. Oct 21,2023I placed an order on Sept. 5, 2023. My money was removed the same day and posted on my bank account on the next. I have written 2 emails, tried calling the number on their Facebook page and received nothing back except the same order confirmation email that I got when I ordered. The last email was sent on Oct. 11, 2023 and I have still not received any response back. My opinion is that if this were a legitimate company, they would have better customer service and care about their reputation. Also my money would not leave my bank until order was shipped.

Oct 21,2023I think this is a good company. I had ordered Celtic sea salt and did not receive the product. On Oct 18, 23 I contacted them by email, and within 2 hours I received an email back explaining two problems. 1. I had used local delivery (or something like that) and since I did not live near there it caused a computer issue. 2. They have not been able to receive the Celtic Salt and do not know when it will be in stock. They are processing a refund. My only concern is I was reading reviews online and someone just ordered Celtic sea salt on Oct 18,23. If they don't have it then people should not be able to order it. If it is not available maybe they should temporarily remove it from the site. I also wish they had a way to contact you when it comes in again.

Oct 20,2023This company claimed to have an item in stock when Amazon and others were out. My order was quickly processed and charged. I received no shipping notice for ten days. I searched and found an email and asked status: git a prompt reply saying my order ‘confused the system,’ the product was out of stock and it would take ten days to refund my card. Seems a scam. Presumably they hope people will forget their order so the company can keep the money.

I already reported them and waiting for the bank to refund me. My order #126219 will be refunded and these thieves will be caught. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! REPORT THEM TO THE FBI!

I was about to order and didn't, a product this company shows as available, but even common places to buy it, like Amazon and Walmart are out of stock. When I went to their Facebook page (certain information is missing from their website), I noticed spamming had been going on for MONTHS on old posts! Nothing new. I messaged them with questions and it shows someone saw my message, I got a standard greeting message, but no one answered or addressed my concerns. So, not ordering. I also noticed their responses to other unhappy customer reviews. Very vague. Better reviews for this company appear to be longer ago.
