I actually did not get the item I ordered, but Tracy was very quick to respond to my query and issue a refund. The company is no longer making the product. I would definitely use Healthcentralusa again because of their excellent customer service.
This is horrible. I ordered my items on 3/20 even has the bank charges to prove it. As of today 4/16 nothing has been shipped. I have emailed multiple times now and no one has gotten back to me in one business day. I checked my spam/junk mail each day. Nothing. I want my money back. This is disgusting, how can you do that people who are just trying to buy a product.

While the manufacturer discontinued the product the vendor said they would process a prompt refund. The refund was processed and received. it's worth noting that the corresponding communications regarding the refund was always cordial and courteous thanks to Melody.
Absolute scam. Spent 35.58 and they never sent the product. They did take the money though. I have emailed multiple times for a refund because you can’t call them. The number just says they work from home bc of covid. They might respond to this review as they have other bad reviews to tell me they contacted me and to check my spam folder. I check daily. They have made no effort to respond, refund or send the product I ordered. Just an awful company. I plan on filing a report with BBB and leaving a review wherever I can to warn others about this garbage website. If it was possible to do zero or negative stars, I would. Just awful. UPDATE: They still haven’t gotten in contact with me but I see they were quick to respond to a review of themselves on trust pilot. Checked my spam and still no contact or refund. I just want a refund. I have contacted them daily on their “contact us” page on their website to ask for the product or a refund. I will update this review once they have actually done anything about the issue. Update: It’s April 29th and I have contacted them every day since they responded to this review. Still no word back or refund. Will def update if they ever decide to contact or refund my money. (They won’t)

Great Prices, friendly staff, and quick responses! I mistakenly ordered my order for local pickup. I emailed the company and they responded same day and gave me a full refund to fix the mistake. I highly recommend this company. They value their customers and are trustworthy
I have not received my order. Filled out 2 inquires on their website and no response. There is not phone number to call. I am sending on more email then disputing the charge. Be careful.

When I ordered I didn't realise the company was located in Dallas. I live near Houston so they weren't able to deliver my order. They happily refunded my money when I let them know I never received my order. I appreciate that!
although the company wasn't able to fill my order, they responded quickly regarding the status and issued a refund immediately upon realizing they couldn't fill the order.
This company has been very candid in their problems filling my order. After waiting a few weeks they wrote to tell me supplies were out & would I like to wait longer or cancel and take a refund. I did the first for 3-4 more weeks and then opted to cancel & take the refund. These two actions were replied to asap & done asap. I'm most surprised and appreciative.

Having osteoporosis & running out of Bone Grow System is not a good combination. When all my sources were out of stock @ the same time, this company surfaced. Only after submitting the order did it say 6-8 weeks delivery. I called Garden of Life & found it was a manufacturing problem. Within the wait time it has become available elsewhere so this order was canceled to receive it quicker. That was last night & this morning the response for cancelation was already processing. 5 stars for customer service (& a great product) which says a lot about a company.

Health Central was transparent and up front when it came to fulfilling my online order. Due to a supply shortage, my protein powder was delayed. The representatives provided me sensible options and were prompt in providing a refund when I opted to go in another direction and purchase a different product. Health Central is a breath of fresh air and professional all-around.
Back in Feb 2023, I placed an order for 2 products. Nothing arrived after 28 days. So I emailed Melody, who researched the problem. She replied that I asked for local Dallas delivery instead of my town in Massachusetts. So she redirected the order to my location. The reason I chose 14-28 day delivery was that there was no shipping charge. So please introduce a 14-28 day free delivery charge or require a minimum cost delivery charge. Thank you and Melody.
My order 85742 was placed on 3/20/23 and I got an email saying o would receive another when it shipped but I have never received a tracking number. My emails have gone unanswered :(

Apr 18,2023I ordered on 3/16 I provided a phone number and received an email as proof of order confirmation. Nothing else. No product, no shipping information, yes I did want updates. I also have proof the money has been taken from my bank. I still have no product.
