I ordered on March 31st and received an order received email. Have not heard back since. Credit card was charged. Order #88308. I know they said 21 days to ship, but I don't think I'll order from this company again
I made the mistake of not designating my address instead of Dallas for shipment and when I contacted Health Central, Melody did an excellent job of checking my order and rushing it to me. It arrived in excellent condition and was well-packaged. I am very, very pleased!
On 4/13 I sent a second email to HC about not getting my 2/25/23 order. The first went unanswered, but this time Melody immediately responded got to the root of the problem & sent my order!! If only all customer service reps were that capableβ¦

This is an unusual good review as I never received the product that I had ordered. I made the order knowing the manufacturer, Garden of Life, was backlogged on its Grow Bone System. As suspected, 35+ days elapsed with no shipment or activity. Here's the reason for the positive review: I decided to cancel the order and request a full refund. It was granted same day, no hassle or delay. Good business practice!

Such a good price I bought two of the product! Somehow managed to indicate local shipping, I think it was, which meant a long wait since I'm definitely not local. When I contacted Customer Service, the order was shipped very soon after. Wish there was more opportunity for free shipping, I'd definitely shop more.

I ordered on 3/16 I provided a phone number and received an email as proof of order confirmation. Nothing else. No product, and no shipping information, yes I did want updates. I also have proof the money has been taken from my bank. I still have no product. Same story with me. I ordered on 3/2, and till now 4/20 do not receive any. The bank charges me 25.08 on the same day. Unfortunately didn't read people's experiences.

May 03,2023They answered after not being satisfied. I ordered Menopause Support herbs and it did say Available. When I bought them, and received my confirmation, it said, I have to wait until Available. Wrong. So, I had to cancel my order, I couldnt find a ph number to call, but, did find it on Facebook. And after that it was easy from there on to cancel my order. You do need a phone number as a contact number. People will assume that this is not a real business. Thanks
