Sep 12,2018Specialised hgv have guided me well throughout the course. I had my provisional for long and tried to do theory and other stages by my seld but got stuck and was unable to get through. when i contacted Specialised hgv they were very friendly and gave me all the material to practice online. Happy i opted in with them. The practical training was also on the mark. Satisfied with the service- highly recommend them.

Sep 11,2018All the support in the world when completing all modules, then when you pass you get sent a email with recruitment agencies. Contacted all recruitment agencies on the list but it was pointless. When signing up i was told that hgv specialised training would help me find a job.. Its just a little bit misleading. P. S for those who failed on 3rd try, speak to the company you did the driving with for a retest, which may save you over £200 pounds..

Sep 06,2018Everything went so well until my Module 4 CPC test came and no one bothered telling me that I required my driving licence which the test instructor from my practical driving test had taken to be sent off meaning I'm being charged an extra £500 to retake a test. There best offer of "help" was to offer me another finance option where I would still have to pay for a retake.

Aug 29,2018Overall a good true to actual test test experience. However some aspects where not included with there training programme. I would advise possibly purchasing the DVSA training book for full cover.

Aug 28,2018Unprofessional! Arranged a telephone call with a member of staff to talk to them about me getting booked on the correct training and see what i needed to do. Waited after work for my telephone call from this company and they never even rang me! This hasn't just happened the once, this has happened 4 times now and needless to say they won't be getting my custom! Absolute waste of time!

Aug 24,2018My experience of dealing with specialised training thus far has been outstanding. Their instructions couldn't have been clearer or easier to understand. That, combined with faultless, continuing and confidence boosting support from my allocated, single point of contact Ammar Farishta, ensured that I really couldn't have been better prepared for the tests thus far As a newbie to HGV training, hopefully starting out on a new career, there just was no worry about how to organise a proper training programme - it was ALL done for me. From my very first call, to advice on my medical and help completing my LGV Provisional Licence application AND the faultless training programme, specialised Training have been fantastic. Ammar at specialised Training was helpful and friendly and efficient. I was guided through the process of medical, provisional licence application, theory and hazard perception and booking the all important practical lessons and test. It would not have been possible for me to complete this in the time I did without his expertise and assistance. Ammar seemed to understand that I needed to get cracking with the course asap as I was currently unemployed and to be honest bored. Within 3 days they had me a medical appointment and after passing they got me set up to do my Hazard perception and Theory exam. Both of which I passed using the training material the company sent me. Next he quickly got me into a Class C course up in the Barnsley area Specialised Training were absolutely superb. I couldn't have asked for any more help or support. Ammar has always gone the extra mile to ensure that completion of the course moves at the pace I needed it to Many thanks for your support, expertise and guidance and I would definitely use specialised training for future training needs

Aug 21,2018Straight from the start nothing was too much trouble, everything that was needed was provided there and then, all test and practical training was booked on the day that it was asked for, I had 2 problems and they were cleared up immeadiatly and I just could not be happier with this company, I have now joineed the Yorkie bar gang cant wait for all my cards etc to actually start trucking. Aug 18,2018What a con when I signed up for my Job training I was given the impression that I would be doing my class 2 then my class 1. How wrong was I!! I received training for my class 2 but when I asked about class 1 I was told I wasn't signed for that. I was sent to a second rate driving instructor who didn't have any idea how they were going to train 2 people at the same time so neither had enough hours as promised. I would not recommend this company as when you do try to get in contact with them either they don't answer the phone or emails not very professional. A lot of money and spill but no content.

Aug 16,2018I’ve been very impressed with the service I have received at HGV training from the starter pack you receive at the start of your training to the help you get right up until you finish. Their online learning really is spot on with a traffic light system for learning and testing which makes pin pointing your weaknesses easy to do. My training coordinator Ammar has been very helpful arranging all my modules and helping me understand the process. All in all a good company.

Sep 18,2018Services of a really high quality. For whoever struggles to speak/ understand the english language the L programme is not suitable therefore they should choose another programme.
