Dec 01,2018Was a little sceptical about it because it was a beat more Expensive then others places but it worth every penny plus gave me good flexibility not to pay all the amount up front which is was helpful. Very good connection with the staff good arraignment and local booking. Thank you I will differently suggest to others and continue my studies wits HGV Training

Nov 30,2018My other half contacted them for a quote, he got a phone call to which the guy was quite pushy, my other half told him he was currently busy at work so didn’t have much time, he then proceeded to make him click on email links to be able to give him a quote. The guy was told that he didn’t want to sign up to anything before discussing it and looking at his options. Once he finally got off the phone, the guy had signed him up to the course anyway, they also took £10 deposit. He emailed the same day to say cancel this as he never agreed to sign up, the guy even replied saying that my other half had said he was going to discuss it with me, so I have no idea why he signed him up. Two days later my other half contacts him, and he still hasn’t cancelled it and once again tries to make him use this company, stating he will struggle to find a job with any other company! When emailing customer services to complain, they wrote back that the advisor had done nothing wrong and put the blame onto my other half! This company are a joke and the customer services are awful!! Would not recommend to anyone

Nov 02,2018Very enjoyable company to deal with, Ammar always picked up the phone when I needed him. I was sent to a very good school, only slight issue was a mix up of test dates and training but Ammar and the team dealt with this in a timely fashion and the issue was rectified a day or two later. Can't recommend Specialised HGV highly enough.

Dec 04,2018Thought I'd share my experience so far using Specialised HGV Training. I found them to be very helpful in the first couple of weeks after i signed up with them for my Hgv training and they would contact me every couple of days to check on my progress. But then they kinda leave you to it and you have to contact them if you need something. Personally I didn't mind this as I'd prefer them not to be bugging me every 5 mins phoning me. Sign up was easy and they took care of finding me finance to fund the cost of the training. But beware you are paying over the odds and found out a weeks later that you'll be paying well over a £1000 more by using them compared if you was to arrange everything yourself. They take care of everything from obtaining your provisional & medical to booking all your theory tests.
