I've been encouraged to persevere, and have been always made to feel easier about the simplest of questions that I may want clearing about. Aug 02,2018I was getting full support from the team and my instructor whenever I needed it. Most definitely five-star service for what you pay. I passed my driving test end of June and I already have two interviews lined up from the recruitment team. I couldn't have asked for more. They work really hard to get you the right job. Thanks to Mike, in particular, who helped me get my CV together, as well as giving me tips and tricks on how to get through the interview. I'm very happy with Specialised HGV!

Jul 24,2018Got sold this course down the phone with “total pass protection” telling me I get free retests on practical part. Turns out not the case then get fobbed off when clearly states I have this on my invoice.

Jorge lira has arranged all my appointments and constantly checked in afterwards to make sure I got on o.k. I have had constant communication from the company and would definitely recommend anyone using this company

Jul 17,2018Best company to take care of you. If you want to make ur licence step by step without rush and extra stress they are best. Everything was done in single steps so I had no such a worry as 3 test in this same day etc.

Aug 14,2018Everyone I spoke to at HGV Specialist was very professional, but also had an informal side which I welcomed, it made the whole training process more personal. My first contact, Dale Mallon, I couldn't praise highly enough! He truely is a credit to your company, he ran me through everything from start to finish, was on hand when I needed help (even at the weekend!) I had heard stories that it can take a long time to do the training, but HGV Specialist has made this quick, easy and most importantly, they made the training flexible so that I could fit it round my current circumstances. I have an 11 month old daughter and work full time, so it was so easy to have access to a portal on my phone so that when I had down time during my day or my shift I could just log on and do the training easily! I can't thank you guys enough! Would definitely recommend your service to other people!
