Jul 16,2018I’ll be honest- it’s not cheap but you have the option of paying monthly and get the start payments after you finish. Communication was good, you always have people looking after you. The theory learning apps helped me alot, although I have to warn you, if you speaking english as a second language like myself, then you might have some difficulties in the theory test as some of the terms are different from what you find in the tests. Just keep practicing until you have your tests. Good luck👍🏻

Jul 14,2018Well planned course and good experience. did my CPC with them and the training was spot on. no doubt I would recommend them to my friends who are struggling to get the dates with their schedule but they helped me to book as per my needs which is a big plus point.

Jul 14,2018I had absolute pleasure to train with ashfaq, he was my instructor. friendly and helpful person who understand your weakness and gives you all tricks and techniques to overcome the test. Overall very happy with service. I would recommend them.

Jul 13,2018Thanks to Paul who managed to get on the course and now that i have finished it with just 2 minors in the test I'm quite happy i made the decision. Received a pass pack with the recruitment company names who work with them who are quite helpful too to find the job near me. so no complain so far. happy with the service.

Jul 06,2018The study set up has been the only good thing so far. The mobile number to speak to my dedicated expert has never worked. He hasn't been in touch through any stage except when paid and was meant to be on hand throughout. Just passed my theory and my practical is a month away now which isn't long but would have hoped for a lot sooner. No back up or support for money spent really isn't what I expected.

Jun 30,2018terrible customer service, definitely not worth the about extra you play. I could barely ever get through to them when phoning. now I have passed my hgv, I am waiting to see how they will help me get a job like they say they will. so I phone there recruitment side where they give you a number for, it 9.45 and no anwser the first time I call them. they didn't phone me once the whole time inhad ti phone them. they didn't even phone men on my test day. not worth the extra money. 100% regret going with the company.

Jun 27,2018Things are going a bit slowly mainly due to DVLA so that's no fault of your own. I tried to ask for some info regarding being able to use government funding to help pay for my course but had no answer in the end. Also your site says there was a training centre within 10 miles of my postcode but have since been told the closest are manchester holywell or stoke on Trent which none are anywhere near that close and I will have to travel 40 mins each way, the idea the training centre for the practical being so close was part of whtly I chose this company

Jun 22,2018For the price, you get everything you need and they do all the booking for you so that bit was easy. Fantastic staff members (Jorge Lira and Richard Hankins) but an incredibly long waiting list for all tests it’s not as quick as it says on the cover.

From the Moment, I contacted Specialised HGV Training, I felt I was connecting with a team of people that knew what they were talking about,which in turn, helped me to make certain decisions. I would specifically like to mention, Angel Pederson ( ladies First) Yousef Eastwood and Jorge Lira. They all were very professional, with a prompt and proactive service. Jun 21,2018Once they've got your money, you're just a number. Get looking for work too because you'll find yourself doing all the graft. Their recruitment are worthless. Train through a local school instead and save yourself a packet.

Jun 19,2018Fantastic company, I went through a bit of a rough time half way though the training due to unforeseen circumstances at home but these guys gave me extra time and I finally passed everything, my direct contacts within the company have all been great and Deqa Abdilahi has been my latest contact and she’s been great, give the lady a pay rise! Jul 16,2018I came across their company and so called up to discuss counterbalance forklift training course, I was greeted by a chatty sales man who said I was in luck as they had a deal on this mint where a single counter balance training course was reduced from £800 to £500 for a week or two! Great news I thought! I need this deal! So I agreed to pay right away and sent over my details, they sent me a little starter pack and then followed up with an email saying my training will take place in a few weeks. My training day came along and I arrived at the building they told me to travel to, to my confusion there was no specialisedforklift titled building...there was only a FLT building, once I approached and asked where the specialisedforklift company I was asked if I had paid through that company of them personally, after telling them I paid £550 for the course they assured me that they don't charge that much and the course that I was put forward to was in fact £360...I was frustrated so tried to call any number available but got sent through mostly to voicemails, after finally getting through and making a complaint I came back and talked to another couple of guys who told me they had too bee through the specialist company and had both spend over £580 on their courses when their courses were only £260 with the training provider! What a scam! After calling and complaining I was told the £190 extra charge was down to admin fees... I also confronted them about their 90% pass rate they claim to have which they don't actually have as they don't do any training them selves and steal the glory from the actual training company! Would not suggest them to anyone! Complete scam!
