May 03,2018The HGV team were extremely helpful, everybody I spoke to was so polite & helpful, I couldn't fault them, they gave me all the help & information I ever needed every time I needed any help or information about anything. I couldn't single out anyone person they were all so good & yes I would most definatly recommend them to everyone. I am really greatful to them all for all their help.

Apr 26,2018Awful customer service, the reason I've given 2 stars other than 1 is that the original sales person (Richard Hankins) was down to earth and did a good job, since then, I can't even get a call back! The very first time I tried to contact them, I pressed 1 on their phone system to state I was a current customer, after 15 minutes in a queue I hung up and dialled back, not pressing 1 this time to see if they answered to a new customer, surly enough, within 30 seconds I had someone on the phone. The second time I called, I waited 10 minutes by press 1 on the phone system and then decided to simply leave a voicemail, I had no return call, I was in need of help/advice regarding my Theory training, I eventually sorted what I needed myself. I passed my Theory & Hazard Perception 2 days ago (24/4), I tried calling at 4:30pm when I had just finished both tests, again, no answer constantly ringing out after pressing 1, so at 4:55pm I called back (after a 25 minute hold of getting no-one), this time again ignoring the option to press 1 and within 30 seconds I had someone on the phone who said I needed to go through to the bookings team, they forwarded me to them but it went straight to voicemail so I left one explaining I had passed and needed to discuss the next steps, I also replied to their text message service shortly after this voicemail was left as an additional attempt of contact. 48 hours later, still no call back, so I've just called them again today (26/4) @ 12:30pm, I explained to the man on the phone I hadn't had a call back and without even an apology he transferred me to the bookings team. No answer from them, after around 7 rings it went through to a voicemail stating their office opening times and to call back between those times or to leave a message (bare in mind, even the voicemail was saying it shuts today at 5pm), so I left a voicemail once again to which I doubt I'd have a call back from. To summarise, once they've got you locked in, they fob you off, I decided when joining them that it was worth paying their fees (being the highest I've personally found for Class 2 followed by Class 1) as I believed with a price like that, they must be the best, I couldn't have been more wrong. If I had the option, I'd cancel with them and go with someone else, unfortunately I don't have that option.

Apr 17,2018Very unprofessional service, found the staff rude not very knowledgeable, getting emails with wrong address or no address on them for the test centre, very hard to get them to contact you back. Very misconceiving company, staff giving you a run around, tell you want you think you want to here. Saying there is tons of jobs in your area and there is not much in your area. Don’t use this company!!!!!

Apr 16,2018I have really enjoyed working with specailized hgv to gain my class 2 license. They answered all my questions without hard sell tactics. Five calls later and I was signed up. Training booked within good time. Flexible to change to fit around work. I went to hughes driver training. Gerry Watson my instructor was brilliant firm but fair and enjoyed a chat and a laugh. Only downside was I didn't get the paperwork for the Tacho card. You have to sort that yourself.

Apr 13,2018I found everyone very helpful and well organised in getting my appointments booked. I can't say I enjoyed doing the hazard perception, as it took me four attempts but got there in the end. Looking forward to doing my practical test.

Apr 06,2018This is a scam company. they are only interested in your money. I applied for a training with them and later on within few days i contacted them to cancel over the phone but they refused that i can no longer cancel the training and that i have to pay for the full course, i am still paying for it as i went through finance for 42 months. Do not book anything with them, they will take your money and will not refund you.

May 03,2018It did help me pass however... inconsistent rating in hazard perception was confusing. One video gives 5 points when car starts to break and 4 when Tur indictator shown. Next video break lights mean nothing and 5 points for only when turn signal is shown. CGI videos usually did not give points or any further action at all. Multi choice questions lack of variety. As a foreigner I sudied hard and often got 100 right of 100 but actual test got 95/100 right. Due to words I have never seen heard or phrases that make no sence to me. All together it's a solid 4☆ I did pass training course easy access and understand. Support from team top notch and I would definitely recommend to anyone who wishes to pass woth first time :)
