Mar 21,2018I experienced no ‘friction’ so my rating does not indicate ‘friction’ in any way. The customer service is very good but costs approximately £2000 (that’s without factoring in the price of the credit via the loan arrangement). At that price you’d expect good customer service. THIS IS NOT A TRAINING COMPANY. They simply administer the process. If you want to gain your licence just contact a local training company and they will guide you through the process and teach you in their own trucks. IGNORE THE WAFFLE ABOUT FINDING YOU A JOB ONCE YOU’VE PASSED. They do not find you a job. They simply pass you contact details of agencies. You can do this in your local area simply by googling hgv/lgv driving agency.

Mar 06,2018Good that they sort everything for you , disappointed how long it’s taken to complete , in my case 4 months and that’s me passing everything first time , and i have to pay for my own digi tachometer card which I think for the amount I paid for the course was not good,

Mar 06,2018Received an email from Specialised HGV which went to my junk mail folder. Went to delete it, but decided to keep it and I'm glad I did. After contacting Yousef at Specialised HGV and discussing my options, I signed up for the course...only cost a tenner to start..best tenner I've spent yet. Received all my course materiel for the online training(theory part), this part of the course you can do at your own pace. As soon as you've mastered the question and answer section you then contact Specialised HGV and they will book your theory tests (3) for part 1, 1a and 2. These are also online but at Pearson test centres. Part 3 is the practical 5 day driving course with your driving test at the end. Part 4 is the "show me" "tell me" for the CPC. I'm happy to say I managed to pass and I'm now on the road to a driving career with the help of Specialised HGV and the contacts they supplied.

Mar 03,2018The booking department for the tests need to learn to listen to the customer. instead of being rude and ignorant when you are trying to tell them something important. And then ignoring what you tell them either by phone or text message The only good part was the online learning which I found was very helpful.
