Nov 25,2021I would not recommend buying from this website. I purchased an item that came in 2 parts. First part was damaged and sent back.i sent numerous emails with no reply. I rang looking for a replacement they said it was in my local depot. This happened to be the damaged item. I rang AGAIN and emailed. They would not send replacement until they received this item. Now since they received Damaged item they are refunding me partially as I have 1 of the 2 parts. But yet they stated I can repurchase if I wish but they cannot send a replacement l!!! This does not make sense. Very frustrated and angry with the service.

Nov 16,2021I bought the spin dryer in this company.Because this spin don't dry clothes at all. I sent them back 26th of October.By tracking number I see they received the dryer 2nd of November. But they ignore all my emails. I still didn't received money back. Very bad customers service and bad company

Nov 11,2021I have order record player from hifi tower before I have read reviews. After all those negative reviews I was getting anxious about all this. Live chat is not working that's true. No one is replying on the emails that's true as well. After calling them they have tracked my parcel and told me my package will be with me at the end of the next day. I got my package in the morning next day and all is working brilliant. All the best from me to this company.

Nov 04,2021An absolute disgrace of a company.Firstly folks,THEY ARE NOT BASED IN THE UK.Their parent company and associated subsidiaries are in Berlin,Germany ! They advertise a UK phone number BUT,IT IS JUST A FRONT AGAIN,TO DISGUISE THEIR UNDERHAND DEALINGS (TREATING CUSTOMERS WITH CONTEMPT) AS IF THEY HAVE A UK BASE,WHEN in reality;THEY DO NOT! The listed UK phone number redirects you to a call centre in Belgium ! Disgraceful ! Their side stepping of the truth is a marketing technique being used as bait to "hook you in (with a view to you taking the sales bait ) You cannot get to speak with any member of staff at any time but,only requests can be taken by an overseas European contact centre whereby, they then proceed to tell you that someone from the company will e mail you back (remember NO DIRECT VERBAL CONVERSATIONS ALLOWED OR OFFERED ! So,now the fun begins or should i say,business dealings nightmare ! I ordered 3 items incl a set of accessories.I received an acknowledgment with both a customer number and an order reference number.That was on 8/10/21.On 15/10/21 another e mail stating order was on its way.Thereafter,nothing more heard and no products arrived (they said normal delivery within 5 days-joke of course)After chasing up,when i gave the customer no/order no,the call centre agent stated the items had been returned to Berlin and stated the name on the order and ref numbers was SOMEONE ELSE !(NOT ME) whom resided in the Netherlands.My real order number had not been processed despite their having taken funds to cover the order ! They also stated that the original order date was made in august ! (much scratching of my head drawing blood in laughable confusion) Without pussy footing about,i immediately by-passed sending a complaint letter in isolation and, used both their website internal complaint form followed up with a claim to my financial transaction provider.This was immediately logged and HI FI Tower were obliged to act with haste but of course stated processing would take 5-7 business days.I reprimanded them with appropriate dignified business language and lo and behold received a full refund after they;having confirmed they had safely received the return of goods from a Dutch address.(LOL)More symbolic head scratching and a bandaged head at my local A + E (metaphorically speaking of course) I had told them of their shambolic business model and that i wished to cancel retrospectively in full as i held no trust or goodwill to continue any association.My recommendations are DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY (ESPECIALLY AFTER THEY FAILED TO KEEP ME INFORMED OF THEIR SERIOUS ERROR AND LACK OF COURTESY IN ADMITTING THEIR BUSINESS ERROR)SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH WITH A REPUTABLE UK BASED ORGANISATION ! BE CLEVER,BE WISE AND DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT buy from this company because if you do,it will be a decision at your own peril !

Oct 16,2021Produkt nie dojechał w wyznaczonym terminie, miało to trwać 7 dni a dojechał w 14 . Kontakt e-mailem jest bezsensowny, ponieważ nikt nie odpisuje . Śledzenie paczki również żenujące nic nie było wiadomo tylko napis "paczka w trakcie realizacji " nadodatek produkt dotarł uszkodzony , jestem zła ponieważ nie lubię odsyłać produktów a w tym wypadku jestem zmuszona ponieważ produkt był bardzo drogi . Podsumując nie polecam tej firmy jest mnóstwo innych firm z lepszymi usługami i oczywiście lepszym podejściem do klientów .

Oct 06,2021What a horrible experience and waste of time, they will take your money knowing they can’t ship, ignored several calls, voicemails, and contact requests on their website and if you get a chance to communicate with someone you might as well not because they won’t follow through whether it be their claim to email or refund you. Finally after 2 months of this I filed a dispute with PayPal over them keeping my money and not shipping the item and instead of them refunding the money like they said they would a month ago, from the wording of PayPal’s response and Hifi-Tower.co.uk actions they were either trying to avoid refunding me altogether or just waiting until even later to do it! I finally received a refund not because of them but because of PayPal. If you want to waste time over 2 months or so to not get the item you want and possibly not even get your money back this would be the perfect place to reccomend!

Sep 19,2021Ordered a rice cooker. Everything went well. Shipping was late but that was okay. Got the product 3 weeks ago and it never worked. Constantly emailing them every day about a return. They won't email me shipping label. And won't give me a refund now without the product even though I am the one who wants to send it back. STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Drop shipping college students somewhere are running it from what I can see.

Sep 09,2021Product never arrived, company were difficult to establish communication with, but eventually did get a dialog open to request a refund. They said they would process a refund, however it never occured and they stopped answering emails. I had to open a Paypal dispute, to which they replied to initially, promised a refund and ceased contact in again, to get a refund. I would never shop again

I would not even rate them given the choice I had to contact them to find out what was happening to my order and was told due to wrong info added to export documents and Brexit was used as an excuse 10 months later after leaving the EEC when it was actually due to a typo on the paperwork for value of item and the IT people could not amend this correction If you live in the uk I would be wary of using them

Dec 10,2021Appalling company. I'm so sorry I didn't read reviews before buying off them. I asked on Chat before buying if Brexit was causing any issues with logistics/duties etc. I'm in Ireland. I was reassured no. I purchased...the waited....waited....waited. Spoke to chat 3 times since 23rd Nov and today they tell me they cancelled the order on 2nd Dec due to logistics. No notice...no update on any chats. Apology....yeah ok from the poor guy on chat...but as my Mum says 'Sorry wouldn't feed the cat' (Actually, not even sure of what that means) Also, please note that all the good reviews are 'Invited Reviews' not 'Verified Buyer'
