Jun 17,2021WARNING .......AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID!!!!!!! Waiting 3 weeks now , haven't even gotten a confirmation email that the order is being processed. Ignoring emails. Money is already gone from my account . I deeply regret buying from this website. Stupidly, I never read reviews before ordering . Read the reviews on here ( the real ones made by real customers , not the fake 5 star ones) and avoid this website at all costs . Look elsewhere online . There are always other options .

Jun 16,2021I have ordered twice from this company. because of covid restrictions delivery is a little longer but items where worth the wait I ordered a garden bench and a garden sofa. so happy with purchases. Good site.

Jun 13,2021Ordered an outdoor table . Got a expected delivery date . That was about two weeks ago . Emailed 3 times , even tried to contact them on Facebook. All ignored . Absolute scam website . Stay away .

Jun 09,2021sadly this company seems to have gone to the dogs recently. I purchase in the past twice without issue. My last order for a pond accessory has not appeared. numerous emails are ignored no response to date. very disapointing as their products and prices were competitive.

Jun 04,2021Very frustrating company. Ordered from them twice. First order eventually arrived but took far too long. Second order never arrived, waited weeks, emailed loads of times with no reply, then got an email saying they were refunding money, this took days to come through. Very poor service.

May 25,2021Don't buy from this seller unless you want your money to be held indefinitely without any communication. i bought this item about a month ago from this seller on eBay & it was due to be delivered on 19th May. It wasn't delivered & my messages enquiring about the order status were ignored. Then i got refunded almost a month later with a half baked excuse about stock issues. Meanwhile i ordered the item long before my brother who has received his & subsequently ordered two more since then which have also been delivered. They are still selling the item on their website and it is in stock there, so i don't understand why they were lying about stock issues when they obviously they don't have any issues with their stock.

May 20,2021I ordered a garden heater. I decided to go for the B grade and accept the damaged packaging. The saving was €60. I received the item in perfect condition with only a slight tear in the outer box which had been put inside a new box before dispatch. Highly recommended savings option. Delivery was within the agreed time and tracking was provided.

May 17,2021I have ordered from Hi Fi Tower to Ireland about 4 times. Products always arrive, are of good quality and usually as described however I had a problem with my most recent delivery and 2 emails left unanswered as well as a message through the website, so as the product has no remote I only have limited function with it. Disappointing customer service.

I rang the customer service team prior to my order just to make sure they had my product in stock . They reassured me they did and it was out to me within 8 days after ordering. Very pls with my new Chiminea 👍

May 05,2021I hate giving bad reviews, but in this case I would have to mention my experience. This is my second order from HiFi-Tower and will be my last. I ordered an IR Heater from here in early April. About 9 days later, when I asked for an update I was told it was out of stock. A refund was initiated and they kindly offered me a €20 voucher for a new order. I ordered an alternate heater which should have met the bill. The PayPal details I was provided with were no longer active, so I had to await a refund from that account. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and reordered and paid with the new PayPal details. 2 Weeks later, the product arrives - but was damaged beyond use. In fact, the unit appears to have been badly repaired prior to sending it out for delivery. Never again will I use this company. Their Customer service agent, Ciara, was very helpful though and a pleasure to deal with.

May 05,2021Received broken item took 12 days to arrive. Very poor customer service. Their own website refers to up to five days for a reply if issue with product. I got to speak to a rude customer employee he didn't know how long it would take to get my money back. But again their site says 7 to 10 days after the return of the item. Add it length of time goods may take to get back to them and arranging courier to collect it. You might be waiting quite a while for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

Jun 24,2021The worst online shopping experience I have ever had . Im waiting a month now and don't have any indication of when my parcel will arrive. They will not answer my emails . They simply do not care once they have your money . Stay away from these jokers . And don't be fooled by the reviews that they are clearly writing themselves or inviting others to write. Every time there is a genuine bad review , they quickly post a fake one . So obvious
