Excellent experience , was worried after reading some of the reviews after I purchased as my item was very cheap in comparison to other companies . I got the wagon cart and it’s just fantastic with super fast delivery . A+++ this is not a scam In my experience. Maybe Brexit is causing an issue for some UK orders !

I ordered this machine at over £500. I emailed on numerous occasions to find out where it was.... No person replied, but they kept sending me offers to buy other items... No sign of my goods, no help, so PayPal gave me my money back. And then the delivery company said that they had a delivery. And then the seller said how pleased was I...? Where is it and why don't you reply to 5 emails..? Dw

I'd purchased a heat lamp that was showing in stock. I paid via PayPal. I'd called the next day to confirm the order (Customer service is great and easy to reach) - verbally confirmed. 2 days later the order was cancelled and refunded. I called to understand what the issue was, and they'd said it was due to no stock of that item, but they did have B Stock, so It was recommended to replace the order. I did that straight away, only for the order to be cancelled again 2 days later. It's not only frustrating that the website shows stock and lets you place an order, but when they process the refunds, they do it via echeque, leaving you without the funds for 10 days. Not the greatest first experience with them.

DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY! COMPLETE SCAM! I purchased 3 items and heard nothing for over a week. Contacted them and was told order was dispatched. A few days later, still nothing and contacted them again to be told customs were missing the invoice so items were sent back to their warehouse. I requested a refund and this was agreed but they never refunded me. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I opened a case and PayPal refunded me. Like I said at the beginning, AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! and if you are going to use this "company", I strongly advise PayPal.

Ordered on Tuesday received in Ireland the following Monday. Very fast delivery. Product great, an air con unit. Box could have been packaged better but there was no damage. Read a lot of bad reviews after I had ordered and was worried but very good first experience

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have made one order on the 15th of July to be shipped to England and 11 days after the item was returned by the delivery company after checked because there was no paperwork. Now I need to wait for the item to be returned to the warehouse and them 7 days more to have the refund in my account.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I read the reviews after ordering and started to panic a bit. Asked them where my order was and they did not reply. However, the order arrived today and I am delighted. It was a quick turnaround - five days - and the goods are actually better than I thought they would be as they are B Stock.

Scam company. They take payment and don’t ship your item. Their customer service is non existent as the online chat doesn’t work, the phone lines will not connect you to anyone they just cut you off after a speel about being busy and they do not reply to emails. As far as I can see what staff they do have they use to put fake positive (and very short, easy to spot) reviews on trustpilot. Despite my paypal payment pending for weeks they have ignored it and my e-mails despite paypal telling me that someone is active on their paypal account. Take you business elsewhere!

i ordered through paypal luckily. Paypal have explained to me that all this company have to do is reject the transaction id number. I have contacted this company 7 times and still no refund . What an absolute disgrace.
