Jul 22,2023Please avoid this company, I ordered a stereo, and when it arrived, three stands were missing, remote control, and the instructions, they gave me a little discount, but not enough to cover the cost of the things that were missing, and they wouldn't send me the things that were missing, avoid

Jul 16,2023Brought some floor standing speakers from these guys, arrived with 1 speaker scratched to pieces at the bottom, thankfully this one was going up a corner where the scratches wouldnt be seen, that was until I plugged them in only to find that out of the 4 drivers in each speaker only one of them was working in one of the speakers, I was wondering why it sounded crap, requested a return and never got anything back from them, I emailed tech support and again never heard anything back, ended up throwing them away, £80 lost to junk, BUY FROM THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK, THEIR PRODUCTS ARE JUNK, JUST READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

Jul 12,2023I bought a vinyl record Belle Epoque 1908 Retro Stereo System. Everything works great except the vinyl record.As I wrote, vinyl does not work,They were able to make a list and offer a discount - to sort it out yourself, they will make the part beautiful for it.Or start the beautification procedure.I said that it's not worth it for me to manage and we're doing beautification. It disappeared like in the water. Neither gmail nor phone I still can't get in touch by phone.Really nothing good from them.I advise you to take care of them

Jun 21,2023Purchased electrical item through their eBay store in 2022. Item developed a fault, HiFi-Tower agreed to take it back for inspection in early March. Offered me a refund relatively quickly but it didn’t materialise even though they assured me more than once that it had been processed. During one of my communications eBay customer service advised that due to time elapsed any refund would have to be direct to my current account (not via them or PayPal which was the original payment method). It was me that then advised HiFi-Tower staff of this fact and as a result they requested my bank details which were provided early May 2023. No refund or reply received. Chased the refund about 4 weeks later and was full on ‘ghosted’ again. Further communication sent this week though it appears I’m unlikely to receive a reply never mind my refund. eBay customer service are not the slightest bit interested and continue to allow the seller to utilise their platform, seemingly in full knowledge of HiFi-Towers modus operandi. Shop elsewhere folks, it will be cheaper in the long run and hopefully less stressful.

May 29,2023I bought a pair of speakers from them in November last year. Big mistake. They came cracked, damaged and two pin plug. The website is from the UK but ship from over seas I could not send them back or get a refund. Online return dont work, customer service are useless, don't respond and no help to sort the issues out. Stay far away this company.

May 26,2023This company are complete scammers. They are shipping everyone faulty items and when I try to contact them every email and phone number is blocked. I eventually got through to them and they are making up a story that they have a problem with their return labels so you cannot return the faulty item. They are happy stealing your money!!! Do Not Buy from them !!

May 20,2023Ordered a mirror and when it arrived it was smashed to pieces. After five attempts to contact them I realised that they were never going to respond. If you are thinking of buying from them please dont!

Long story short we are now in May and I have no refund. Customer service keeps telling me the refund is being processed but it’s all just lies. Stay far away.

Apr 21,2023Please beware of using this company. Try ringing their customer support or sales line and you will never receive an answer. Try this before you order. And if you order using a secure method such as PayPal. They do not return emails. They do send items but they are defective - and there is no possibility to process a return. I shall come back and update my review in a week if there is a change to the situation. If not, please assume that your money is in unsafe hands. UPDATE July 2023: My conclusion is that this company is a scam. I filed a complaint with PayPal and received a refund. As suggested by other reviewers, this company is a scam that buys off defective old and excess products from retailers and sells them at the cost of a new product. They would never respond to any returns or calls. AVOID!

Apr 19,2023Stay away from this company. Ordered a watch winder from them and it worked for six months then failed. Returned the item and was told I was getting a replacement. It’s been 45 days since I returned the item they will no longer answer my emails.

Apr 14,2023Depolorable company.. Paid several thousand euro for 47 tables ( order 0402678902 ) 27 tables promptly arrived. Order showing as delivered on their website so am missing 20 tables. Several emails have been sent with no reply, hours spent on hold where one gets cut off. Not going to waste any more time trying to get in touch . Going legal and requesting charge back through my credit card company. Gangsters

Mar 31,2023Unable to place order or make any contact with the Company. I have been trying to order some items on line with Hifi Tower. The orders are processed and then I receive an email that the order has not gone through. This has happened twice. Both orders had a number of items on them so it is hard to imagine that they are out of stock on all. Are they still in business? I did place an order with them about a year ago and found them very efficient. However, I cannot say the same for this time. I have messaged them, emailed them and rang them. I held for over 40 minutes without an answer. The emails received from them stated "Unfortunately we could not process your order due to a system error." Any feedback would be great

Mar 22,2023We ordered a record player for our little girls 13th birthday, it's a decent little player for the money we paid but one of the speakers never worked and they will not answer any emails to sort the problem. Stay away from this place customer service is by far the worst I have have come across

Jul 24,2023I bought Klarstein VaporChef 24 from hifi tower. Oven don't working properly. I trying to contact hifi tower lots of time. They have never answered me . İ bought this product 8.8.2022 I received this product 15.8.2022 After using product, I have sended this message to hifi tower, all I can find email address. 24 Jan 2023. " I love the product and have used it several times, I am very satisfied. I did not open the box for a long time after the product arrived. I haven't had a chance to use it. I liked it a lot when I used it. but it's not working right now. I think there is a switch that makes it work when the oven door is closed, it was broken when it arrived. I was pushing it with my finger. but it's not working right now. I have not given up on my oven. It would be great for me if it was repaired and returned to me. Also, there was no chicken turner that had to come out of the box. If it's on sale, I'd like to buy a tray too. Thanks very much Serhat "
