Dec 06,2022Same as most people, ordered air fryer, said delivered still has not arrived, im 4 months trying to get get a refund/replacement, rang, sent 6 emails, two were responded to still waiting for a response to the last, they will take your money in a second but will take no-one knows how long to get it back. I blame the wife because i cant complain to these scammers because they wont answer

Dec 02,2022ORDERED AN AIR FRYER WITH ROTISSERIE. ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION WITHIN FOUR DAYS. WORKS BEAUTIFULLY. SUPERB VALUE AND NO CUSTOMS ISSUES AS IT CAME FROM GERMANY STRAIGHT TO IRELAND. FAB UNIT. IF IT WORKS FOR ONE MONTH, IT WILL BE WORTH IT! DELIVERY WAS AMAZING - ARRIVED BANG ON THE TIME STATED IN THE E-MAIL.

Dec 01,2022PLEASE READ! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM PITY YOU CANT WRITE A REVIEW WITHOUT LEAVING A STAR. ORDERED A KARAOKE MACHINE AND PAID £120 ONE MONTH AGO. DELIVERY STATED 4 DAYS, STILL NOT HERE. TRIED EMAILING THE COMPANY BUT KEPT COMING UP WITH AN EMAIL ERROR AND WOULDN’T ALLOW ME TO SEND IT. PHONE NUMBER UNOBTAINABLE. PHONED THE COURIER ONLY TO BE TOLD THE ORDER NUMBER DOESN’T EXIST. STATES IT IS A UK COMPANY “ HI FI TOWER. CO.UK” BUT ONLY WHEN YOU HAVE ORDERED AND PAID DOES IT STATE THE SO CALLED COMPANY IS IN GERMANY AND THE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED BY “CHAL TEC”. FORTUNATELY I PAID WITH PAYPAL AND THEY PROCESSED A REFUND WITHIN 2 DAYS WHICH IS FANTASTIC. LESSON LEARNED NEVER TRUST ANYONE AND ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS.

Nov 22,2022Recieved a fire, logs were broke, flame wasn't movin, and sounds like a few things rattling around inside when fittin on wall. only to be sittin down enjoyin the glow to hear the big bang and sparks comin out the right hand side no real way of contactin for a refund only to a computer. goin to have fork out another 200 today to replace it absolutely disgraceful and everything they sell comes from Germany its not n Irish or UK store so make sure ye read reviews when buyin online I read it few fires recieved were same dangerous carryon and money people pay I'll go to the range where I'll have better come back knew the price was too good to be through as all sellers are charging 250 and more for same fire's 🤬

Nov 21,2022DISGRACE! This company wouldn’t even get a 1 star rating if I had a choice. Ordered a stand mixer online got no confirmation email. Rang up 2 days after to check the status of my order told that they cant do anything and system is having a problem for past 3 months when people order online on a smartphone. Told I would get a call or email from accountant department Monday morning if not ring back afternoon. Got a lot of disgusting attitude from one rude woman, told manager sick and other one taking her break don’t know if she coming back to that department. Attitude is vile AVOID this scamming company sure it isn’t a valid company at all. When you ask for someone higher to talk to about your problem they just lie and get aggressive Only chance to get your money back will be through your bank as all staff are incompetent and vile. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Nov 19,2022I ordered an air fryer from this company and it was dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately it was stopped at Customs and returned to them. Because I was able to track it I saw what was happening and contacted customer services and got a lovely lady who offered me a full refund, but I said I wanted the air fryer . They quickly dispatched another one and this time it went though Customs and arrived at my home safely. I have now used it every day for the last 10 days , and can say that I am extremely happy with my Air Fryer. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Nov 14,2022I was trying to decide on a fair rating for our purchase. The item was turned away at the border and returned to sender. We had difficulty getting through on the phones but when we did staff were very polite and helpful. Having promised a refund it seemed like we were waiting and waiting and having read such poor reviews we were scared that we had neither the item or a refund. We were panicking and even got in touch with our bank to see if they could help (debit purchase). However eventually the promised refund appeared in our bank along with a small credit for goodwill.

Nov 14,2022Absolute disgrace of a company! Placed an order on the 6/10, there was a problem with payment method so there was option for bank transfer, so that's how I paid. Despite numerous emails without any actually response only generic email replies I still haven't received item or have I received a refund that I requested. Don't know how they can get away with this!!

Nov 12,2022We ordered a drinks fridge from hi-fi tower and not long afterwards were pretty sure we had been scammed. We tried to contact the company but were ignored and I'll be honest their communication with customers is DIRE!! However, our item arrived eventually - albeit a few days late but these were due to weather reasons beyond their control (according to the logisitcs company the ship from Germany was stuck in rough seas). Had the product a week and it looks great and works well. Would definitely order from them again.

Dec 10,2022Minus stars option would be helpful here. Ordered an extractor beginning of September 22. Never received. Countless calls and emails later, I received my refund beginning of December 22. Unless you are trying to punish yourself, avoid like the plague.
