When i ordered i didnt receive a confirmation email. I didn't receive an order number and i didnt get a reply to my email asking for reassurance. but! After two days of thinking i had been scammed i got my order confirmation. The product arrived by courier within 7 days and was as described. Was worried when i read the reviews but credit where its due product arrived as described

If there was less than one star this company would get it, they DO NOT COMMUNICATE, DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR EMAIL, they just don't respond to complaints. Dont waste your money or time

I purchased an oven from them. It is impossible to speak to anyone at all, I am currently holding on 40 mins to UK. I thought I was purchasing from UK but I just wish they would answer calls. Very frustrating.

The first order was OK, took its time as expected after Brexit. On the second order, no reply to my requests about it. Suggest it's not worth buying from them now, obviously they are in difficulty fulfilling orders.

My second review of this company and products. Auna hi fi system. First amplifier. Packed up . Promise of a phone call back . No . No return emails. They just ignore you. Now the cd has packed up. Not even going to try to get in contact as last time spent hours on phone plus emails. They just won’t answer you. How long my speakers are going to last I don’t know??? I would expect better from a German Company. Stay well clear. As for Auna hi fi . Great sound. But didn’t last 2 years . Absolutely rubbish. I’ve learned the hard way. By from well established company’s. Last Rant . Both companies do not honour warranty. ☹️

The item I bought turned up with a European plug, which meant I had to buy a uk adapter. Once I plugged it in it became apparent that it didn’t actually work. Great. I had to wait a week for a return label and two weeks later I haven’t heard a thing from them. No response to any of my emails. Definitely avoid this crowd.

Ordered Gas hob that is totally unsuitable. Tried to return for refund. Logged the return on the website. No return labels provided. No answer from UK or German Numbers or email addresses. Any advice on how to get our money back?

Scammers items actually come from Berlin despite having a uk website address - item arrived with eu plug, paint peeling and dented. Impossible to contact had to raise a dispute through payment provider and hopefully will get a refund. Wish I’d have checked the reviews before I ordered ☹️

As the website uses a .co.uk address, I mistakenly assumed I was buying from a UK company. This company is based in Germany. The items I purchased stated they had a 3-5 working day delivery. On the 5th working day, I contacted the company and asked for an update and received no response. I wrote again the next day and my email again went unanswered. I ended up filing a claim through Paypal and received a refund the same day. If you are thinking about ordering from this company, I strongly suggest you use Paypal so you have their buyer protection. You'll likely need it.

Please note. This company is outside of the UK in Germany. No where what's so ever do they say this, not in the website , ordering process or payment. Not untill you get a shipping notice do you find out. If I had known that from the off I would not of ordered as i could easily have ordered my product here in the UK and received within a couple of days instead I suffer delay after delay , customs issues and a possible custom charge. The reason I did order is Google bring them up as first choice for the product I need. Under the current climate and shipping issues then you should be aware of this.

I ordered a 4kg Indian Club (exercise) from this site and the price was unbeatable, which prompted me to go ahead. After that I read some reviews on here and had misgivings, but let me say: the club arrived AOK, delivered to the door, perfect condition, and I have no complaints at all; on this basis I would order again. UPDATE: Sept 22nd. I did order a second club, same price, and it also arrived AOK, so I can find no fault with the firm. Many thanks for some excellent clubs!
