Hireup is an NDIS registered online platform for people with disability to find, hire and manage support workers who fit their needs and share their interests.
Currently limited support care workers... having to wait until mid February for interstate students...
are not able to change time once booking made. meaning you have to cancel then start a new booking rather than just be able to adjust time.
I have enjoyed my time with hire up and if i need support or advise i know that i can pick up the phone or email them and within a couple of hours they return or answer the email,on the questions asked.
I would have no issue recommending or referring Hireup to anyone, in the time I have used the company for assistance and care for my wife I have never had an issue and should an issue arise in reference to my wife they are always available to help with my concerns, it is not to do with the Support I receive but with my wife's condition and needs.
Initially, a bit slow to be approved by Hireup team but once approved, it is great to be involved with, the platform is friendly user and easier to correct mistakes with the bookings. I will give 6 stars when I see the clients are properly educated with respect to the changes in a number of hours /shift already booked. Obviously, there is always an emergency situation, the only time should be accepted, for the rest should be respected.
I really like hire up I’m only new to it but so far it’s been great much better than using useless COS workers that do nothing and waste your money I love joe interactive the site is and how easy it is to use The only thing I haven’t worked out is how to post a new job or edit the job details

There are so many possibilities through Hireup and so many lovely individuals/families looking for support.
HireUp have been great, seamless and simple process. Takes the hassle out of having to engage and search for services available.
Really good response time to communications, shift confirmations and pay.
I havefound every member that i have spoken too so far to be professional polite extremely helpful and believe me i have needed plenty have no complaints at all
I was very happy with Hireup until I had to change my name to Robin J. There was a lot of confusion around paying and I was charged for someone else’s support hours. It was sorted out but I was out of pocket for a few days. I am really unhappy that this happened because someone else changed their name so it was the same as mine. I am thinking of leaving Hireup because of this.
The disability support my teenage daughter has had has been amazing. We have only used our support worker for a short time but have been extremely happy with the positive life skills being taught.
Hello I love using Hireup when it works I wouldn’t like to reckon recommend anyone to Hireup because it is very hard to find your team and the people who I hang around with and not that sort of people yes it has been a great experience but unfortunately there is no backups there should be some system then when the shift gets cancelled by a support worker that it goes back up on the message board specially for when you have important appointments to get to it is not you it’s the industry in general it is very hard to find support workers who support me or other people Especially when I’m looking after my son and he has a plan as well I have a long contact with Hire Up especially when I do lots of PR work you should ring up more people were asking for more advice a lot of people can’t fill in these questions and I find it difficult as well because I’m using speech speech to text in the messages will come out quite terrible hope you have a lovely Christmas and looking forward to working with you through the futurep
We have found the process of meet and greet with all workers so far excellent people with varied experiences. We have successfully rostered on two workers which are excellent so far, respectful, calm and a pleasure to have in my home supporting my daughter to build capacity in her life. We have found Hireup very professional people and honest in what they can do. 🙂

good platform, quite easy to understand and use. however, quite difficult to market yourself to potential clients. I would be happier if hireup can assist a little bit with a referral. I am looking for more work but not getting many replies. it's like looking for a new job every day.
