I am really blessed to have two lovely ladies as my support workers. I actually picked them on their photo’s - I definitely made the right decision. They both make me feel safe, at ease and completely comfortable. Thank goodness for such wonderful people like these two women. 😇😇

Not many jobs posted that I can take advantage of. Otherwise great. I know I will be able to accept more jobs in the future. I love doing this work.

I’ve been using hirerup for quite a while now and found all the support workers to be on time and very professional and patient but since Covid I haven’t been going out as much but now that the rules have been relaxed I am starting to go back to my usual outings

Good company to work for as Hireup office staff have good communication with Support Workers via email and telephone when needed. Helped me with good advice on how to deal with one difficult situation I had recently. Not easy to find the work when starting out as more support workers looking for the work compared to clients needing support. Great platform for the clients as they have the choice to find right-fit support workers.

I've found a couple of great workers, shame others don't get back to you in a timely manner. I need reliable staff to fill 24/7 hours within a team.

As a recent Hireup employee I am very pleased with my progress. Hireup has create a great platform via the app to connect with clients , I’m enjoying my shifts and I look forward to my future with Hireup.

I really enjoy working with Hireup. The system they use, is great and easy to use. I like the transparency regarding the profiles on the system, one really gets a clear understanding of what the client is looking for and what challenges they face as in disabilities. And how easy it is to put timesheets in and get them processed by the Hireup team. Compared to other platforms, I find Hireup the best of all. The others might give you the opportunity to earn more money, but I stick with Hireup because it is just peace of mind.

It's early days yet but we are delighted with our worker. She has been very understanding of her clients and proven to be very effective in having a positive impact upon their lives. It also helps that she has proven to be reliable and flexible in arrangements where possible.

I've been with Hireup for 3 years and I'm so happy with how it all works. Haven't had a single complaint. Its easy to use and to navigate the dashboard, as well as creating an account if you're a support worker (not sure about the needing support side). If I have an issue, Hireup are easy to call and sort any issues in a blink of an eye. Hireup is amazing and I'll be working under them for years to come for sure.
