Specially the app is very workable and wonderful system to make bridges between clients, carers and hireup without waiting. I am happy to work with hireup.

Jobs are regularly advertised and easy to apply for. Unfortunately, most are short hours which means too much between time travel so it's not a sustainable income source. The site is easy to navigate and communication is good.
Extremely happy with the service and efficiency of this Company. Anyone who is looking for at home help, Hireup provide an easy portal to secure the right person for the job. Also the Hireup staff are so helpful and accommodating as I was new to the NDIS system. Hireup was the first Company that helped me, I wasn't just a name to be put on a list.
HireUp has been a very successful platform for myself as a new user of the NDIS. The support workers have been excellent Kind Punctual And professional.
Have had a great experience with Hireup except I arranged a meet and greet with a potential carer twice and she cancelled both, so I had to find another carer and found it hard to get one person for two shifts on the one day. I also find it hard that I don't get a message to say I have received a message. So I have to go into Hireup via google to see if I have messages. You also do not have a 1800 number? And do I have to go in everyday and accept the daily shifts or can I do it weekly and if so what day do I need to do it by.
Have found excellent support workers through Hireup and very happy with them. Sometimes the internet platform is a bit glitchy (and we have very slow internet speed) but otherwise no issues.
Hireup is a great place to find that someone you need. We were looking for a companion for my husband who has Alzheimer's disease. We were able to choose a person near the same age as my husband as he is only in his 50's, who lives near us as travelling time was important for us and had similar interests as my husband. I highly recommend them.
Great workers
The Hireup staff were so very helpful and patient as I familiarised myself with their online platform. It was also very handy to be able to access the site on my iPhone. The support worker and the client got along very well. No problems encountered during visits. My only disappointment is that half way through the booking period I was no longer able to access the platform on my laptop. The Hireup staff were unable to fix the problem. Fortunately I was able to continue to book the support worker etc on my phone. That aside I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and the support worker, all of whom were so kind and so professional.

I have had nothing but a great experience with Hireup. I came to them as I wanted to have more control of the support workers that I got. Hireup has exceeded the expectations around this.

Mar 30,2020Staff at Hireup are very patient, helpful. I have been with Hireup for a few months, only had 2 jobs till now, which I thought was a bit slow. The only thing I would say is that potential clients need to be more proactive in returning comments. The platform is user friendly.
