Mar 29,2020I am new to implementing a NDIS plan and Hireup was recommended by a friend whose husband is a support worker. I find it very good for sourcing support that suits us and like knowing that the service providers also have some control over the process with better compensation. I have thought it could be good to be able to give some feedback to Hireup on service providers so they can earn ratings, which might reward them with more bookings. I guess that could work both ways.

Mar 29,2020I have two workers from hire up and they are absolutely amazing. They are very professional, caring and kind. They have maintained my dignity at all times. Both are accommodating and put my wants and needs first. Everyone i spoke to on the phone at hire up are polite and helpful. You will enjoy your experience with this company; just like i have😊😊

Mar 29,2020I have been with Hireup for 3 years now. I like the flexibility and simplicity. I find myself recommending them as an employer to many people. The process of employment & then jobs is great and the wage competitive. Mostly I like there is no middle person and I get to choose my support workers myself, they are not chosen for me like other agencies.
