Hireup is an NDIS registered online platform for people with disability to find, hire and manage support workers who fit their needs and share their interests.
The support workers I have found are awesome nothing is too hard change of plans unexpectedly no problems they juggle me in extra work or trip to the pharmacy is not a problem I don’t know what I’d do without them
i have had a great experience with our new support worker, she has really connected with my daughter. She responds quickly to all notifications so things roll along nicely.

Few of the worker's hasn't replied to my messages & I find this to be so disrespectful. Few worker's hasn't been online for a good 3/6 month's so I think Hireup should check if these people want to continue in supporting people with disabilities. I have one amazing woman & she's is willing to support me in any way she can.
Hireup is a great tool for support workers like me. It is convenient to use and finding a support work is easy.
What an easy platform to use! Offers users the freedom to chooses workers, shift days, times etc. So much easier than dealing with companies.
Hireup is a great medium for taking control of hiring support workers as part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Finding workers and managing shifts is easy with the web-based interface. Approving completed shifts and receiving weekly invoices is also very simple. The support available in the office is very professional. We often recommend Hireup to other people who are looking for support workers and/or are not happy with their current provider. The new website is a great improvement on the previous version. Additional functionality around deleting shifts would be helpful.
Hireup has been amazing with the support, thorough screening of support workers and services it provides. We weren’t able to use other service providers because of the limited funding through the NDIS for support for our daughter. The staff have guided us through the setup as soon as possible because we didn’t have any other avenue to pay our supports. All the staff we have spoken with have been friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Whenever we have tried to phone and left a message, they have phoned back promptly. Thank you

Easy to use. Fantastic way to link up with people who can offer support. Would recommend.
There's no way to leave feedback on staff who cancel shifts last minute, and expecting clients to be able to communicate via phone to initially sign up isn't inclusive
Love how we can view the support workers and choose who we like. The online bookings etc are very user friendly and convenient.
