Hireup is an NDIS registered online platform for people with disability to find, hire and manage support workers who fit their needs and share their interests.
Thanks for providing this great service, my son loves the staff his been paired up with on outings in the community.He feels safe and they make him feel happy, and he looks forward to seeing them.This is a great service and I'm very happy when my son comes back home and his excited because his had a really great day out. So Thank you to Hireup and your wonderful helpful staff who has helped me along the way.

Had to many cancellations from the support person
I find the service my son is receiving is excellent. She understands my son's wants and needs and us extremely patient with him. I'm a very happy parent

I get response from many support worker willing to help me in a short time. I was able find 2 of them to help me with gardening and help around the house.

We have found an excellent support person. I find the invoicing/payment process difficult, but suppose this would be the case with other organisations too. Hireup team have been responsive to my questions.
Its dissapointing that when you see a job posted ,you apply for the job , then you see about 40 or 50 other people also apply for the job and you never hear back from the people again .In my experience I've heard from about 2 in every 10 jobs applied for .
I have only been part of the Hireup community for a very short time but have found it very rewarding being part of the team.
Very good systems excellent help service and our support worker is well spoken of Hire Up...so we are both on the same page. Great work.
You appear to care for my wellbeing more than my main employer
As an employee I feel supported and well adjusted for the new NDIS environment. Very good if you have been in the care sector previously, perhaps not a lot of guidance for first time carers.
Love the booking calendar and the fortnightly pay with tax and super done - but.....: I like to be able to negotiate my own hourly rate with clients Also a ‘Hireup’ phobe app would make things easier for clients and workers

Apr 23,2020I'm a new support worker, I found that the staff member who helped me through the onboarding process, was very solutions focused and went the extra mile when communicating with me, checking my visa and supporting documents. Also the online platform is very user friendly. Response to my recent message to the payroll team, was amazingly fast. Thank you Hireup!
