used to be reason now has people who lie deceive don't know what they're doing an alleged support workers 3-month hire up learning, what to lie and explode people ? very pricey for no decent standards low take advantage of people and eat their food for 10 months , stated to alleged support worker if you want to keep eating hear you have to have to start chipping not even a response from high up +I had a scammer after posting a job for once a week regarding cooking as I suffer from severe nerve pain she had spent the time agreeing to next week and I thought it was organise as it was confirmed for the next week if it was not the person would have provided a service and cooked the meals that I was meant to receive the week after as they were not cooked because that day I had a I never had the person do anything only to find out the next day the person had lied and made something about smoking as I smoke outside which is not a relevant the person was then made aware however despite not approving it the low people at hire up that can only be described as people of reprobate mind approved it against my wishes even into my own account despite no service ever been provided I even had to change plan manager cos they concluded with myplanmanager and paid it invoice when no services were provided indicating that the team at higher up support scammers and people who lie and take advantage of vulnerable people and when I lodged it for a refund as it was illegally paid as no services was provided and the lack of professionalism and general honesty is severely lacking that used to be a reasonable platform now it is just full of people that take advantage of people lie to people and use people my time with higher up I noticed multiple things disappearing however if you share anything from members of past times when you have been hurt or exploded they're quite happy to exposed you and given what I just mentioned is supported by the current creatures at higher up that buy their justification and support for such things I would warn Christians to stay away from higher up it has a lot of the type of people that seemed to have the characteristics of a reprobate minds I was actually going going to cancel NDIS as my life has been easier since I have not had to deal with the deplorable people that support such things at hire up, so they have a 3-month training they call people support workers they're able to lie deceive exploit talk about providing a service not providing one all supported by the team at hire up especially Sam indicates the characteristics of a reprobate mind as my account was closed when I alerted my plan manager once again the reason why it was not approved it was as it was no services and I was basically scammed and I know what the NDIS says about fraud however instead of following that they had suspended my account and I was happy to move on after over a year of my food being a take advantage of approximately $600 on my food being eaten by a alleged support worker did not chip in once all supported by creatures here if you know someone that is autistic please keep a close eye as orbit takes is a couple of the ledge support workers and it does not matter how despicable it is to be supported and justified by such people reasons listed below absolutely deplorable may god have mercy on what's left of what little conscience or soul they may have to support such vileness, period of time was 2022 my food got a ate for 10 months taken advantage of however that is not concerning to some creatures sorry I can't say people at hire up that a support such people and mention above the date of the other issue was January 2023 can't remember the exact date would have to look it up and there's no point so the date on this will only be a rough estimate , request to plan manager was sent by someone who is studying law for a plan manager transfer due to the illegal payment to this place only for someone to lie about services not being provided they were already alerted how hire up got onto my account and approved it believing that they can confirm shifts ,which is very shifty not a trustworthy decent place I'm sorry so much money through this place it's full of people who lie and deceive and can do take advantage because hire up don't to make sure they 40% safer hiring someone off the street that most likely has a lot more decent honest people then here now very unorganised unprofessional some people I experienced that did not have a clue what they were doing even with really basic everyday tasks some would play with their phones lacking common courtesy and decency especially if you are a Christian who is honest and decent please and deceives for financial benefits Hire up has demonstrated the characteristics of a reprobate mind describe Romans 1 28-32. Supporting those who lie and use people for I'm sorry so much money was wasted here
Very happy with Hireup. My only negative is in relation to the lack of available jobs in my area.
Easy to understand n know what U need to know. My experience with this year's company good feelings and the support U get. No matter what time n day they alway response back to you. Each client I have are different just being a support worker with clearing with NDIS client. It fun cooking for client with need assistance care . U have options to help each client need in a different way it great balance U not alone.
I am very happy with the support worker who comes to help me with general cleaning each week , she is so easy to communicate with and what she does is always done with a smile , lovely young lady 😊

Completing the modules has given me greater confidence to be the best support worker possible. It has been great working with the App too because it is easy to use and understand. Hire up has been a wonderful platform to use to obtain an amazing support worker for my daughter. Very user friendly, straight forward to use and it enables you to take charge of choosing the right person and being in charge of invoicing too as you get to review before approving the hours . So far, I have been very happy with Hire Up, this has made such a positive impact on our lives ! Thank you Hire Up !
