Hireup is an NDIS registered online platform for people with disability to find, hire and manage support workers who fit their needs and share their interests.
I loved the story behind hireup's beginning It's great that we get paid for training We are paid on time The dashboard is easy to navigate My experience with the family I support has been positive
Always easy to use the app and so good to know that Hireup are there to assist and help.
It was fantastic the client was so nice and helpful things worked out well
Michelle is great with my son & keeps us updated on her availability & is always polite and punctual Approving payment is easy
Great to know about people with disability and try to commute them
Really happy with how hire up operates.
The support workers are all great
We have found the most wonderful Support Person. They are meeting our needs so well, we can’t thank them enough.
My experience with hireup is very good because the platform is easy to use.
Knowing I have chosen the right person to fulfil my needs and the professionalism that the support worker shows me every time we are our.
Hire up has allowed me to find clients who suit me and I suit them. Access to Policies & Procedures is not easy and it should be something that is just a click away. Other than that I am enjoying being part of the Hireup family
Easy to navigate the website and book, log and confirm bookings. It's handy that they sort all the tax and super. The base pay rate is low, mainly because I learned that HireUp takes about a third of the hourly rate as a fee, but they are supportive. For example, the organisation pays HireUp $55 an hour and you get $33.90 If you are happy with that go for it.
Hire up is a great company and the team are there to help and support all the time when you need them. They have a great clients. Excellent choice I made for myself working with Hire Up!
I find Hire Up great to work for. Communication is good, advice given to me by phone support amazing. I do feel very supported. The only issue I have, is I believe I should receive a higher hourly rate. I have a diploma and build great reports with my clients, I have a decent amount of training under my belt as well. I recently finished (December 2022) as an intensive therapeutic support worker earning $34/ hour in a permanent position (holiday pay, sick pay and regular roster) where I also had the benefit of salary sacrificing. What are your thoughts? Is there any opportunity for pay rise due to credentials and experience? Another great thing about Hire Up is that there are way more jobs advertised on there, than on any other platform I currently use. Upside to the other platforms is you can set your own hourly rate. I am currently waiting to hear from the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission regarding a platform trying to charge exorbitant subscription fees, I'm also pleased Hire Up don't do that.
The HireUp team as really helpful and always sort my issues promptly.
This company has got my support going very fast. Thanks to Jasmine from the Hiring department, who initiated the process and herself did a lot of paperwork on the phone. Being back from a total hip replacement surgery, and also dwindling of our budget with the Plan Manager, resulting in reduction of our supports when I needed them most, this help was really God sent. We have funding in NDIS and going with Hireup I could secure some support which also was expedited by Jasmine by getting in touch with a worker who had worked with us previously, straightaway when I mentioned it to her. So we could start with supports for my adult autistic son very very fast. She put us on to another agency, and Ash too got back to me straightaway and got a stream of job seeker applications to our Advertisement. I have saved them and will be finding suitable ones when our new Plan begins. This is made easy too as they are all screened by Hireup and we just have to see that we click with them. The background check is done for us. The finance team (Belinda) did the Service Agreement as soon as I gave them the authorisation to do it for us. The early teething problems too of the Credit team invoicing our Plan Manager but when told to invoice the Agency directly, were solved and I did not have to do anything. I have got a sum of what has been spent in the first few days too, which is very helpful to keep up with how much we still have in balance. The best part of Hireup is that they do all the paperwork for us which makes things so easy, esp for parents who are facing difficulties and do not have the technical or admin. understanding to do things. Jasmine has always been available when I have any queries. It is a very large company with large volume of clientale, so appreciate the personal attention. Thank you Hireup.
I have had to contact Hireup to get information on somethings. Staff were very professional and helpful.
I have got a few hireup support workers and have utilied their services and they have only only supported me in tasks in my home but a lot of driving support to shops or doctors and will continue to use their support. I has helped me immensely and am more than happy with the support provided. I would more than happy to advocate for your organisation. Continue on the great job to assist.
Good support team, answer questions promptly
