I found the Hireup platform Easy to navigate. Workers contacted me very soon after I placed my ad for support workers. From those that contacted me I narrowed my choice down to 2 workers. I now have 1 lady with whom I am receiving support from and another lady for backup work. I was a little concerned about how Hireup paid the workers, however, the system works well and I really like it now that I can amend required hours to suit my needs. I am very pleased with the Hireup platform and follow up support if needed.

Lots of expectations from support workers, but not much help from Hireup. Some of the queries are ignored, others just copy and paste ready answers answering nothing. The pay is also low considering one needs to drive to different clients and is not paid for that time and travel cost. I don't see much of a future for this company. Already clients complain not many choices and very poor workers struggling with living expenses.

Loving the experience so far. Feel much more in control of my NDIS plan. It's great to deal directly with SWs and be able to work together with them to build supports around my needs instead of a company timetable, and knowing checks are done and SWs are being looked after too is very reassuring. A couple of minor app issues and east coast timezone cause some frustrations but all in all a positive experience.

My experience with HireUp is really great! I found a lot of interesting opportunities via very HireUp platform. Moreover, I like HireUp academy, where every support worker can find useful information. At this stage, I'm more than happy.

I have had enormous support from Hireup and great feedback and attention to any questions I have had. I have found the clients are aware of how Hireup work and have all been good and positive bookings.
