Apr 16,2025If I could give No stars I would, I ordered a Jacket on Sunday paying for overnight delivery, I can understand Sunday is not classed as a trading day but I expected Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest, having had several chats via email I am told it may be despatched tomorrow, Thursday, this is poor, I am going away Thursday so will not be at home to accept delivery, I have asked for a full refund today as I have now purchased the same coat from a competitor who will deliver Thursday overnight, I found the customer care unwilling to listen, unprofessional & seem to constantly repeat almost word for word with excuses, I told them I was going away Thursday & their stupid answer was ' Do you want me to put the order on hold until you return ', what a stupid remark when I told them I wanted it before I go away to take with me, last time I ever order from this company, terrible terrible customer care, yet they ask you to become part of their family when ordering, must be having a laugh, 1 coat & cannot even get this right, do yourself a favour, do not buy from this company, disgraceful treatment from a so called professional company

Apr 14,2025we had an item developed a fault, some time after purchase. We returned, using a free returns process, and the item was replaced. Customer service staff were great through the whole process, and arranged the replacement delivery to fit with our plans.

Apr 01,2025I had misread delivery advice after ordering a second pair of shoes. The first pair had arrived so quickly that forgot on the second transaction that there was a weekend in between the date ordered and that for despatch and that it said 2-4 days not just 2! Lucy the customer services manager sent me a n excellent reply and I now look forward to receiving my second pair of shoes. Great service and very helpful advice as always

Mar 31,2025Ordered from this company once before- but a recent purchace I decided to use Gpay for my purchase- my billing address was correct but for some reason my delivery address was an older address i've not lived at for at least 15 years. I emailed Hollands directly and they were able to swiftly amend the order so my item gets delivered to my home address. Great service!
