I had a call with Joso Wesley prior to my move-in date, and he was very professional and gave very to-the-point information about the costs involved.
Absolutely awful company who can't resolve any issues. Perfectly fine if you have absolutely zero issues but as soon as you have an issue they cannot resolve it, they make you resolve it yourself or keep passing the buck and no one takes responsibility.

Absolutely useless company that just wants to take your money and does nothing to manage your bills! When you email or call you just get fobbed off and told to wait or ring utility companies yourself. Absolute scammers. I would avoid at all cost! if I could give less than a 1 star rating I would!

The thought of dealing with all the bills in your first flat on your own may seem daunting but who would have known this company is WAY more of a headache. they have cost me hundreds the amount of time ive had to talk to them on the phone during the work day. i have been waiting 2 months for them to sort out a problem with my electric meter ( the supplier has the wrong serial number) both doing nothing to solve the matter. (at this point i am unable to speak directly with rebel energy due to gdpr, which is ridiculous too ) then in one afternoon when one of the staff said they are waiting for octopus to reply, i call and in one afternoon i find the problem we have been waiting 2 months for ? How can i make more progress in a couple hours then they did in 2 months ? because they want to trap, manipulate and take as much of your money as possible and really not care. in the 2 months there is 1 person who actually helped abit. Terrible company (minus the one staff member)
