ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A COMPANY! Without a doubt the worst company my wife and I have dealt with. Despite a number of calls, emails and complaints about not moving our electricity onto a variable tariff they have yet to do so and continue to charge us a fixed rate per month for the last 4 months. Each time we call the lack of customer service is APPALING and they are reluctant to do anything we ask. We are now going through the energy ombudsman to take the action needed as they refuse to change our tariff. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. All their reviews are fake and carried out by current employees hence they have only done 1 or 2 reviews. Actual customers all rate it as 1 star. Don't ever enquire or use their services. They will scam you and steal your money without giving it back!!!!!!
