Quick. Easy to understand. Brief explanation of gas and electricity supply in the area. Emergency number given for electricity. Good deals. Easy to sign up and understand. Love that medical issues are sent to the new supplier, but this list should allow the potential customer to list themselves rather than tick some that are relative and seeing your other health issues are not there. I also think Trustpilot should automatically put the company name into the review title as I was automatically bought here to give a review after ticking I have Dementia. After the brief seconds to get here I have already forgotten the name of the company and website. All I remember right now are the letters R and H, so please change this set up.

I came across Homebox through Resolver. It was straightforward to use. I particularly liked the fact that it coped with my not knowing all the detailed information. Getting out was a problem though.
I submitted a request to switch the bills when i moved into a new rented property approx a month ago. I was informed i would not need to contact anyone as they would do this on my behalf, and my new providers would be in contact shortly. Nearly a month on, i have received two bills from the previous tenant's energy supplier. I reached out to the new energy supplier who are yet to get back to me. I contacted Homebox on 31/08/2022, who simply told me as it had been over two weeks since i applied, i needed to contact the energy supplier myself to chase the process of my application, and everything was now out of their hands. This therefore makes this service completely redundant as i could have done that myself in the first place. This is causing me constant stress as I am yet to receive a satisfactory response from either homebox or my so-called new energy supplier, and in the meantime i am receiving astronomical bills from a company i didnt sign up for. What is the point of this service if they cannot provide the 'seamless compariosn, switching and management' that they promise all over the website?

Hi if I can get cheaper gas and electricity. Could I have a pre payment card sent to me please. I requested this from boost supplier and they've failed. Thats why I want to switch over to a cheaper supplier. On a pre payment payg meter. I look forward to hearing from you.
