Aug 14,2022We contacted Home from Home after having struggled to source quality boarding for our labrador last year. They were quick to communicate and after an initial let down with one of their boarders early on, resolved the situation quickly. We ended up placing our beloved 2 year old with a very nice family who have lots of experience looking after different dogs. They kept us informed throughout our holiday and overall we have been very happy with the service.

Aug 14,2022We have used Home from Home dog boarding in the past with our previous dog and was happy. This time we left our 8 month old puppy for the first time. The carer was lovely and sent us daily updates while she had our puppy. I would definitely use this agency again.

Jillie - who looked after our dog Henry - was wonderful. Once we met her I had total confidence in her expertise and care for dogs. Henry had a wonderful holiday and think he was sorry to leave his 'home from home', would definitely recommend.

Aug 10,2022Linda did an excellent job of looking after our dog. I was sent plenty of photos and was kept informed on a daily basis about his day and what he had been doing. Communication was excellent and Linda clearly loves dogs and it showed in her care for ours and her enthusiasm. Our dog had a wonderful holiday with Linda and we felt at ease that he was in the safest hands.

Aug 04,2022We have used home from home a few times now, we had found a brilliant carer which we always used but unfortunately she wasn't available this time, so had to find another carer, we was very nervous to leave our dog with someone new again but she has blown us away, the carer was Alison and she couldn't of done more for Marshall. She went above and beyond, we recieved photos and videos throughout his stay and when we went to pick him up he wasn't bothered about rushing home. Highly recommended.

Aug 03,2022We got matched up with a lovely dog sitter who I thoroughly recommend. However, there was one aspect of the process that I wasn’t happy with. Very early in the process, I realised I had given the agency wrong holiday dates -I had contacted the agency in February for a July booking. They had just taken their fee based on the number of days of the holiday. Whilst they were fine to adjust the amount due to the dog sitter, they were not prepared to refund any of their fee. Given that we were going away for 2.5 weeks, the agency was already going to benefit from a sizeable fee and this was not a last minute booking. I had made a simple mistake in communicating my holiday dates and quickly realised it - the refusal to issue a refund left me with a bad taste making me feel this was just all about the money. I would like to emphasise though that our sitter was a lovely lady who communicated with us throughout our trip and cared nicely for our dog.
